I'm offended. You should have a coupon code Holidays instead.

Kidding of course. Glad to see you reopen the store through all of this kickstarter craziness!

I had considered using Robanukah as the sale tag, but nobody ever remembers the Holy Robot Holidays. Lousy flesh bags!

Robanukah is not really a very important Robot Holiday compared to Chrome Yippur, Rosh Machina or Maximum Passoverdrive. It just has a lot more visibility due to its proximity to Mechsmas and Ramatron.

I just re-added a dozen different items into the store inventory.

Riding wolves, infantry rifles, pistols & shields, scatter terrain. I've redone molds for stuff that's been unavailable for a while and it's back online.

Might want to adjust your picture to ad the hyphen. Because paulsongames.com doesn't pop up, but paulson-games.com does. Also your link in your wig doesn't work either. My student loan check should be to you later this week, right after my Conan order.

I really like the clean, smooth look to your technology. It has a very modern-sci-fi look to it that complements many up and coming sci fi miniature ranges.

On a somewhat different note, would the mecha head fit well on a beverage vending machine for an "anime Dalek" look? The idea won't leave me.

Pics took a bit for the update to roll through, they should now have the proper domain with the hyphenated http://www.paulson-games.com address

Not sure why the signature isn't working right. I pm'd dakka support

Thanks, I've been aiming to have stuff look smooth but at the same time have wondered if maybe it's a bit overly streamlined and they needed more detail or different styles of detailing. Ideally I want them to appear familiar and functional, but looking a bit more futuristic. With the vending machines I drew a lot of inspiration from some modern Japanese machines, which are around today but not very common in the US or Europe. I'd like to do some more sci fi city terrain elements but not sure what else just yet, steering away from cargo crates and dumpsters as everyone makes those.

How about pneumatic subway entrances? Or an automated cafe stand with drive thru dispenser? Electric car charging station?

Anyway, the smooth look is how I picture a lot of advanced weapons as described by science fiction authors. Typically, smoother and sleeker means more advanced or developed. For a sense of scale, a small bit of detail on the grip or scope, say a keypad/hand scanner, could add the appearance of functional fiddliness.

Not that I am saying they need that. They look very functional, yet not overly designed or covered with kit bashed detail for detail's sake.

Don't suppose you see any market for things like a mall or downtown directory? I second the electric car charging station as well.

Playground equipment, with or without sci-fi touches. You could get a real dark T2 vibe with a mech battle over a burned-out playground.

Well, consider that people might use these for Clix games too.. that system uses super strength to throw light medium and heavy objects..

A lot of outdoor malls or store entry ways have those cylinder style lights.. I don't know if they'd be worth doing though unless you added some serious sci-fi touches.

Red-Box/Video rental kiosks are all over the place.

Good modern gas pumps/filling stations are really hard to find.

You could do one of those rail systems that lets you check out strollers/carts and have the carts or strollers available separately.

Locker units like for an airport, bus-stop, or shopping center.

Maybe the barriers you see at gas stations or in front of utility or electrical stations.. it's an oval shape with 2 metal pipes full of cement. Not sure if that made sense but I see them all the time and they'd go with either a shopping mall or a service station etc.

Someone mentioned a car charging station.. you could probably do one of those machines that fills your tires as well.

Seating for an open-air food court or bistro.. the little tables with the umbrella.

Just some ideas.. I have been putting together some near future stuff for some Tomorrow's War and I have this type of terrain on the brain. There are a couple of places (Black Cat Bases and one or two others in my bookmarks) that do these types of things in pewter and Miniature Building Authority and Copplestone have some useful resin scenery.. Maybe look at what they have to get ideas for what doesn't exist that could compliment that or maybe you could do it but better

Okay, strollers are brilliant. Who wouldn't want to use one as cover?

Looks pretty cool. Do you have any left-handed tentacle whips planned, or coming out of storage?

I won't be bringing the whip back at this point. It needs to be modified, if it does return at some point it'll no longer have the hook structure at the end.

I'd been asked about how the infantry scale items would pair up with some of Mantic's Enforcers, initially I thought they might be a bit large but after trying it out i think they work pretty well. The one with the rifle will need a thumb replacement with green stuff but outside of that it only took about 10 minutes to replace the old rifle. The pistol swap took maybe 2 minutes tops.
