i realy love the Stormtalon Model and would like to field one or two in my blood angels army(many drop ods and fast hitting units) cause it fits the fluff.
any ideas how it could be best done? which chapter?

If you want to keep a BA feel, then Mantis Warriors or Fire Hawks could work. Their chapter tactics are on FW's site.

The Tyrannic War Veterans formation would be the best way, lets you bring up to 6 Stormtalons with a minimal extra troop tax.

I disagree here. That formation requires you take Chaplain Cassius and a squad of Tyrannic War Veterans which comes to just over 220 points before any upgrades or transports. You're better off grabbing an Astartes Stormwing formation which gives you 2 talons and a raven with the strafing run rule as a bonus.

I think everyone here is missing the obvious: just take an allied detachment of Iron Hands. Grab all the best stuff from the marine codex you can't get as a BA. Get a Smashbane, Stormtalon, biker troops, and TFC.

I know this will be an unpopular option, but the easiest choice is to play Unbound and simply add the Storm Talons to your Blood Angels army.

Having said that, I like Martel's choice, but I would take Clan Raukaan instead. That way, the Storm Talon and all the Characters gains It Will Not Die.

Stormwing Formation gets you two Stormtalons and a Stormraven for 420 pts minimum. You can kit the Stormtalons and Stormraven out to your liking. Just paint them red, say they are from the Angels of Blood, a little-known Ultramarine successor, and call it good. I am not sure, but you might not be able to embark anything inside the Stormraven.

Hmm this is a very interesting Choice, the question is... In the Formation rules it says, you are not allowed to use any chapter tactics for this Formation, but Units from codex Space marine can Begin the game embarked in the stormraven...
So... This codex is Chosen from "c sm" , blood angels and csm are the best allie grade and in the ally rules says, you can embark in a transport during the game...can i also Begin the game in an allied Transport?

Stormwing was from 6th edition, where you couldn't ride in each other's transports without that explicit permission. In 7th ed, any battle brother can start in each other's transports, so the permission redundant.
