Not a rumor. It's an alternative Joan model.

Also since its a limited print run and from what we were told and he is not going to print more... everyone should be pre-ordering as soon as it is available.

I am really interested in seeing how he uses airbrushing to lay down a base shading. I saw he did this for Kasym Beg when he was previewing it.

Looks like the book will be out on Wednesday through a site called www.diacash.com

It's a printing company. I assume it's the one that's doing the books.

Good god I hate that guys painting! He makes me want to throw all my models in the garbage because they look like trash after seeing his! =P

I've been refreshing the Corvus Belli website/Angel's Facebook all day and it's still not up. I'm paranoid it's going to go up while I'm on the way home from work and it'll be sold out when I get back.

So I saw the post in the news thread when I woke up this morning, went to Angel's page, and a few minutes later Facebook broke - oops!

Would be interested to know what stores have the book for sale if anyone finds it.

For the UK, at present Wayland doesn't have anything, Element Games has the book on 'stock alert'

I think the only place that has it up is the Warstore. I'm not sure if they've gone early or if everyone else is late.

Just placed my pre order with Firestorm games, spoke to the guy on the phone and said i was only the 5th or so pre order thus far so guaranteed mine unless they only get 5 copys sent haha... I don't know if its just a bad picture but the limited edition mini looks a bit meh...

You know when limited edition stuff like this goes for sale im pretty sure that there are guys out there that order 20+ copys just for themselves then sell them on for substantially more on ebay when the products no longer available to buy elsewhere anymore... i can see that happening with this too...

I've just ordered from both Wayland and Firestorm (I've had a bad track record with Wayland so I'm hedging my bets) - fingers crossed that Firestorm get a decent number of books in, they seem to have a pretty good reputation.

Yeah, I havent pre ordered with Wayland before but have read about bad experiences from people that have...so didnt want to chance it.

For those in the US, warstore has pre-orders up as well.

Well I got my preorder in there nearly 2 hours earlier than your post, so looking good!

If i end up with two copies I'll happily sell one to anyone here who didn't get one at cost.

Late home from work and then not able to get it at the moment as Element Games' website looks to have crashed.

And.. can't risk Wayland after the debacle with Operation Icestorm... Arggghhh!

Since im getting mine from the FLGS just for the Joan, I will gladly sell my book also. So if someone wants dibs on that...

While very sluggish Element Games finally worked, have now managed to order the book!

Looks like the money was taken straight away so hoping now that they actually get hold of enough copies..
