I have a feeling I got Ultramarines because I put down I most often wear blue...

Legion = Ultramarines

My 40K army I play = Ultramarines... Go figure.

Retook the Legion quiz but I chose different colors other than blue which I often wear (blue is only most common because of jeans).

Could be worse. I'm apparently most like Rogal Dorn, while I play Iron Warriors (and also got this as result from the Legion test).

The Legion choice fits me perfectly. I'm a strike from the shadows without warning and terrorize my enemy complete kind of guy lol.

Vulkan- prob the banner of the dragon did it for me, Always loved paladin like characters, and Vulkan is the most Paladin like primarch IMO, aside from possibly sanguinius.

Dark Angels- hah I do love my dark angels.

That's what I got too, although for Primarchs I got 1 answer for a bunch of them, no idea why they chose Vulkan instead of any of the others. Alpha Legion and Thousand Sons were also pretty much tied.

That's what I got too, although for Primarchs I got 1 answer for a bunch of them, no idea why they chose Vulkan instead of any of the others. Alpha Legion and Thousand Sons were also pretty much tied.

I got the same results as well, which isn't that surprising. I'm a humanist at heart and were I shoved into 40K, I sure as hell wouldn't be throwing space marines into melee.

The best military op is the one nobody knows anything about except that something very big and very important exploded.

I got Vulkan and the Black Legion. The two don't go together!

Vulkan kinda makes sense from what I picked but the Black Legion was completely random. I chose mostly good answers and I didn't pick a colour.

Guilliman and Ultramarines. Not surprised, no Ultramarine models but they embody many of my values.

don't judge a marines melee capabilities from the TT... a marine can take a lot in melee and dish out more, specifically if they have melee oriented weapons. hell, even on the TT, my BA sgt (vet with a power sword) finished off a carnifex with 2 wounds left!

When the feth did I state I was going off the TT?

Sending any force into melee that is capable of accurate long-range firepower is a downright terrible idea. Get a Company's worth of Astartes, give them camo cloaks and stalker bolters, and the enemy will never know where the shots came from, who hit them, and where they were headed.

Giving Astartes a bunch of chain weapons and telling them to go into melee is downright one of the worst decisions a commander can make.
