GW knows that Blood Angels have squad markings on the right knee - most legs in the Blood Angels tactical squad don't have knee pads.
Only Khorne Berserkers have a dedicated plastic kit - new chaos rumours re-release Khorne Berserkers.
In every other SM codex the TechMarine has no slot on Force Org. - Makes Blood Angel TechMarine a HQ choice.
Storm Bolter and Powerfist Terminators are useless - Rereleases codex with no update to them
Does this not bother people? - And what are your annoyances with GW

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)
2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

I'm not seeing the problem here. Not having a separate kneepad doesn't stop you from painting insignia on the knee.
Only Khorne Berserkers have a dedicated plastic kit - new chaos rumours re-release Khorne Berserkers.
Ignoring for a moment the number of rumours that float around that turn out to not be true, or not be all of the story, the Berserker kit is dated, and ugly. I'm all for an update, frankly.
In every other SM codex the TechMarine has no slot on Force Org. - Makes Blood Angel TechMarine a HQ choice.
Good. There should be fewer options that don't use up slots.
Storm Bolter and Powerfist Terminators are useless - Rereleases codex with no update to them
That one I can pay... But then, how many Blood Angels players are wanting to take terminators over the more fluffy options anyway?

Actually, I want to take Terminators specifically for fluffy options. There's a Zone Mortalis board at one of the stores I play at that just BEGS to be an upscaled version of Space Hulk. Lord knows I have enough Genestealers for it.
But, for the original question, yes it bothers people but those of us that still play 40k deal with it and move on (there are of course exceptions) and those that quit 40k because of it no longer need to speak up because it makes no difference to them if Terminators are now 24pts per model with 17 Wounds each, they're done with GW anyway.
There will always be things that bug players. Bugs me that I can't give my Tyrant a 2+ Save anymore. Or that Genestealers are so bad. But if I did nothing but cry about it, I wouldn't enjoy playing Tyranids anymore. Sure there was a time when I got back into 40k that I ditched my Nids for Eldar, but giving them a chance with what was currently available made it clear how good they still are. Get caught up in coulda, shoulda, woulda and you lose sight of what can still be fun.

On the list of things wrong with the game, this is pretty minor. Oh, and my DA codex would like to talk with your shiny new BA codex

I think it may be observing a rather bad string of luck involving GW choices.
I got quite upset a long time ago when I JUST finished up painting a Black Templar Whirlwind and then they wrote it out of the codex.
I was quite impressed a long time ago with large blast templates and was quite upset when CSM did not have any until the Defiler came along.
I am hoping some of these examples will provide the support and understanding I think the OP is looking for rather than "whining" and being ridiculed... because it IS all about man-toys.
In all seriousness, I CAN relate because I have been in the 40k game long enough where some GW decisions did not work in my favor and made a few interesting moments.
Such is life I figured and you just carry on.

GW FAQing the PFG in 6th, leaving it out in 7th, only to reFAQ 5 months later makes me pretty saucy.
That and making the Nephilim such garbage. But anywho.

I think that of all the things not to be happy about, not having knee pads on BA Tactical models has to be like the last possible item that I can imagine.
Storm Bolter and Powerfist Terminators aren't the only Terminators that are useless. How about like.... almost every other Terminator configuration too? The most use for a Terminator is (a) modelling value (high) and (b) fluffy scenario types. I guess (c) because the models are cool, you painted them, and you want to see them on a table.
Techmarine as a HQ... shrug. You can also have a Dreadnought in a Troop slot (Cassor), there's the Dreadnought Librarian, if your really love termies there are Assault Terminators, and there are other things that are better, or worse, or whatever. If you really want to optimize a win ratio in a TAC army, BA are probably not the right faction to play, though, and I think most BA players recognize this.
It doesn't bother me in the least. I think the models are cool, they're fun to play especially in a scenario, and they have good fluff. But then again, I mostly start my model collections for coolness over game effectiveness, and work on the effectiveness part afterwards

Come now, we have the excellent Penitent Engine (really effective on the tabletop, and the model is so easy to put together), a large variety of non-unique HQ options, a whole host of non-apocalypse formations, and our miniatures are stocked in every store. Best of all, though, GW is sure to make some plastic sisters soon.

But surely a FAQ is just a clarification on how the rule is intended to work, I would argue that until it is explicitly replaced by a contradiction that clarification still stands. If it were an actual erratta, that would be different, but as far as I'm concerned the FAQ is a) not a rule, simply a suggestion on the intention and b) stands until contradicted, that's just common sense.

Nothing of the sort. I just find it odd that, for the majority of 6th Edition, GW clarifies the PFG in one way (ie. the way it was meant to work) then then just because the next FAQ omits it (rather than contradicting it) people assume it reverts back, despite the fact the original FAQ basically says it was always meant to work that way. In other words, it didn't change any rule, just explained how it was meant to work. Just because that explanation is removed, that doesn't mean the rule goes back to being played in the 'wrong' way.

Instead is rude and unecessary that the Op just bloat the forum board, instead of looking in the forums for the post where the commuty is talking and making leggit discussion and criticisms about the new realese of the BA In short, this is a whinning, not a opinion because it doesnt give anything to the community, not even a good theme to discuss, instead, the op just created a whining pool here

-4 of my 6 baals are flamestorms which are pretty useless without scout AND being moved to heavy.
-They took away the Reclusiarch so we are now the only SM dex that can only take 1 relic of the armoury.
-I own 5 sanguinary priests + corbulo. Which is now... pointless.
-They didn't really help the sanguinor out at all and made tycho absolutely useless.
-Blood talons are now laughable yet lawnmower DC dreads are the exact same price and they were difficult to make work in the first place (I own 2).
These are more pressing BA complaints IMO.
HOWEVER:
-Sanguinary Guard are niw a decent point cost (I own 25)
-JP DC are now absolutely amazing for their points (I own 20/30, as 10 are still grey and I've not decided if they'll be DC or ASM yet)
-ASMs can take 2 specs and a combi in a squad - I have lots of combi sarges and specs on jps/non jps.
-Mephiston got IC - YAY!
-Dante became insane.
-Points drop on almost everything else
All in all I'm pretty happy with what GW did with BA. Just pished that 4 of my baals are paperweights whilst the other two will never be taken either. I'm converting my DC dreads to blood slaughterers, my sanguinor is smashed up and I've never owned Tycho - so these are no worries to me. As it stands the only relic I own is 1 Sicaran anyway. And priests... well I have 2 jp, 3 on foot and corbs, so I guess I may want to take 2 jp one day and 2 on foot the next or corbs so there is only 1 pointless model really.

These were great buffs indeed. I think the primary complaint of BA players (not me!) is that there aren't really obvious units/formations like the Wraith/Spider formation, Wave Serpents, TWC, or Dreadknights that are just so much better than the rest of the codex that it makes a nearly-homogenous army easy to choose and play.
Which isn't really a bad thing.
I do think vanilla SM are still "stronger", but hey, this is not really an cc friendly edition. Maybe 8e

- I can't use flamestorm baals in anything but a completely friendly and uncompetitive list as they are so poor now and almost everything else in HS is better.
-Relics of the armoury are FW vehicles of a special type like the Sicaran, not weapons/wargear.
-I can't take 6 priests any more as there is no option of 6 HQs in most games,
-The Sanguinor is a t4 4w 2+ 4++ character without IC. He dies to bolters.
-In 6th and 7th up to the new dex release, bloodtalons were almost impossible to get into combat unless you invested in a 200pt stormraven and put it in hover for a turn, T3 at the earliest.
I was being positive mainly. But you focused soley on my negatives.
