How well do you think using Bolt Actions tank war rules with 15mm flames of war tanks would work? I have an over abundance of 15mm tanks i need to put together (15 british shermans, 4 fireflys, 5 German Stugs and 10 russian T-34/85s) and was curious if anyone had done this and has any advice?

Use CM instead of inches, perhaps. Other than that, should work just fine.

Why change anything?

Ranges will be more in scale at 15mm.

I was thinking the same as far as a realistic firing distance. Gonna try this thursday.

Even at 15's we as gamers often use compressed scale to fit more stuff on the tabletop

I don't know about tank war but I know a few people who play regular Bolt Action with 15mm models and they don't change anything.

Well, you don't stuff facts into the Right Wing Outrage Machine©. My friend, you load it with derp and sensationalism, and then crank that wheel.

Definitely doable. Another infantry combat game that uses individually based figures - Force on Force - uses 15mm figures in all of its pictures.

I use to play a lot of Bolt Action in 15. No need to change anything.
