Another thing I'd like to point out, if Illic still has a distort sniper rifle he can 1 shot a imperial knight or anything that is up to 12 HPs with luck.

Yea right dark angles are the redheaded step child of 40k. They will still lack grav weapons despite BA getting them and their ravenwing and deathwing will no longer be troops

It's actually funny, you don't need to buy the Codex, you could just have the WD and have a solid army. Suck to be GW, no-one buy Craftworlds Codex!

If they gave all distort weapons D than that's just unreal. Im assuming its D on a 6. Which just made D-scythes and wraithcannons way more powerful.

Please no one buy this codex. I'm serious. Just get the WD and use all the Jetbikes you want. This thing has to tank worse than Squats or they'll just keep doing this. This is bonkers!

Why the F have any other units in the codex besides WKs and Jetbikes?

They'll all be carrying melta blast guns that are 24" Str 8 ap 1 melta assault 4, blast, shred, ignores cover. Thanks to their faith they will enjoy a 2++ re-rollable save and be immune to psychic powers.

Or they will just give us another digital eDex at twice the price with a couple more unit missing and a 25% points hike

I think it's great that GW is putting all the armies on such an equal and balanced best EvAr! footing by coming out with this $58 book only two years after they put out the last one. It sounds great! I anxiously await the next one for $65 in 2 years that puts the eldar yet again on equal footing with 8th edition 40k armies. Totally not a greedy cash grab like 7th edition, right guys?

If it is a misprint I think that it is fine. If it is not i am very disappointed in GW rules writing, and that is something I have not said in awhile. Not making note of it being incomplete sometimes but straight up disappointed.

If this is not a typo it needs to be errataed ASAP, just like they did with the broadsides being the only ones that can get missile drones.

Color me amused.

Bitching about best thing in a codex and that the codex needs a rewrite, instantly replaced with bitching about the perceived new best thing in a codex and that the codex got a rewrite, BEFORE the codex even hits the shelves.

To be honest, with all the Haywire, and other special snowflake rules Skitarii have access, I'm amazed they didn't generate as much heat.

No one is bitching that the codex got rewritten. The bitching is that it was rewritten badly. And we've literally seen extracts from the dex in the white dwarf so the 'it's not even out yet' thing doesn't hold much heat.

So much for fixing Jetbikes...

Nope they are destroyer weapons it says right in the red box.
I did look back through the WD and it looks like the Close combat Ghostglaive goes at Initiative for the wraithknight as it recaps a battle with two blood thirsters - 1 with d CC and one with axe of Khorne. But it does specifically say it is a Destroyer weapon now

Oh I know, but I cant rationalize it as being true because that is out of control.
