Looks interesting! I hope it's Greebo Games that is handling all the miniatures here, and that Eastern Front Studios isn't involved? I ask because it seems you ran a Kickstarter for a translation of the H.O.P.E. RPG (which didn't fund) together with EFS back in 2012. EFS is still struggling to get minis out the door for three other Kickstarters they ran in that year (I'm still waiting on my dwarf gladiators), so I'd be wary of getting in bed with them again.

Trodax in 2012 we tried to fund our Project H.O.P.E. Rpg English edition with the help of EFS (just because I was a personal friend of the owner of EFS. I hope EFS can solve their problems and start to send miniatures around (yes,I'm waiting for my figs too

)
But for what concerns this project Eastern Front Studios is not involved in War of Wonders Kickstarter in any way.

CthuluIsSpy what do you mean with "tanks"? if you mean Tiger, T-34. Sherman etc, they're not included at the moment.
but if you mean something like this... YES they're in

It's the Japanese Kido Senshi (Mobile Armor) Yokozuna, coloring still in progress

That's what I'm talking about. Needs more samurai armor-esque plating though, imo.
And a big sword or/and naginata.

Also, will there be edritch horrors of the tentacled variety?
I love weird world 2 / pulp fiction / B-movie inspired material.
Just pure fun.

btw the Kido Senshi has both Katana and Naginata (with explosive tip)

Alpharius not at the moment. The game is thought for quick skirmishes and raids. To be honest i like mechanized infantry, and I pushed a little the rules' author for insert rules for small vehicles as troop carriers (SdKfz, Halftracks, Jeep or Kubelwagen etc).

This saddens me a little...I do love tanks, and having super-humans and supernaturals contend with Panzers, Tigers and Shermans is always good fun!

Oh well - maybe in an expansion!

Speaking of mechanized infantry, will it all be supermen and experimental weapon toting troopers / special ops, or is there still some room for rank and file ~~cannon fodder~~ soldiers?

CthuluIsSpy yes "cannon fodder" troops are the backbone of every army, still here in WoW MG. of course.
to be more clear this is the "ranking"

Veteran Troops (Arischer Korps, and Crimson Dragons): no superpowers, only special weapons.
Heroic Troops:no superpowers, but special rules: these squad are named and work as support of a specific Meta-Human. i.e. The Flag, our Allied major hero, has the Devilfsh Squad for support /(see imagine below)
at the top we have the Meta-Humans of various kinds (including cyborgs and warlocks).

I like it's design. Lop off the face and it will be great for any setting. Any chance of a ranged variant on that mech?

the model should come out 90-100 mm (around 4 inches) in height. I really hope we can put in production this puppy. It would be a dream which becomes reality.

Also, for a ranged variant, perhaps a cross bow or bow that fires anti-tank or cluster missiles?

I draw an illustration of it for the Rpg with a recoiless cannon mounted on right shoulder, I can't show it right now, but I'll do in future, promise.

Perhaps a SG could be weapons accessories for the Mech? Rocket launcher, recoil es rifle, assault canon or such.
