You can always take the cheap way out, prime, base coat a brown, brown wash, two other colors bam table top ready . Though seriously the army is looking good so far

For a quick method of painting you might also want to consider basecoating black or paynes grey, spraying from above with white and then tinting to the desired colours with washes.

Or just base whatever color they need to be. Brown would work quite well!

Ah, that sucks mate. Though maybe it will get you to actually paint some more of the thousand you already have

Sorry for no resent updates but I have some good news in the form of a schedule by this time next week I shall have most of the tanks painted as I get back into the swing of things so to speak so keep a eye out you might see some new things soon

Good Lord.... have fun paintng all that. This is why I'm happy I went for a Veteran mechanized list for my Guard, much less stuff to paint. I don't envy you at all.
