Indeed. Much nerdgasim has been had today.

I'd like an actual trailer now though, something to much on.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Meh, I kind of like these teasers, I'm going to watch it anyway, and I find a lot of trailers tend to spoil stories. These are pretty cool.

The character is also in a desert, and yes John Boyega was in the movie Attack the Block.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

That's probably to be expected, since Chewie was already around 200 years old in A New Hope.

Yeah, he's just middle aged at this point.

Ok the villian or whatever at around 1:11 looks like Revan from SWTOR to me.

The Chrome trooper is Gwendoline Christie I believe (currently hoofing it around Westeros as Brienne of Tarth).

I think the Daisy Ridley and John Boyega pairing will work well.

Visuals look great so far. I hope they don't ruin it with too much CGI, a stupid script, or, God forbid, good acting.

That's what Abrams said in the live panel... but this is the same guy that swore up and down that Benedict Cumberbatch wasn't Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness, so take it with a grain of salt.

Mad Max looks Ace. I saw a full-length trailer at the movie theater a couple weeks ago, and the soldier almost saluted. First movie I've been genuinely excited about since the first Hobbit movie.

You and me both.

Back to Star Wars. There's a question that I need answering:

Anybody who is anybody in the Star Wars universe will know of Solo, the Falcon, and Solo's old tricks.

So why do TIE fighters keep following him into fething canyons, and wrecked spaceships, and asteroid fields! For feth's sake!

It's Solo's oldest trick, but they fall for it every time!!!

Had to watch the trailer muted because of work but I still got goosebumps.

Seeing Han and Chewie at the end made my inner child squee in delight.

Is it wrong for me to want an entire movie made of dog fights involving Tie fighters and the Falcon?

For a minute there, I was wondering why people were talking about work (it's 21:19hrs here) then I remembered the 10 hour time difference.

Yeah, you're at work, I'm at home on a comfortable chair, a chilled beer in my hand, a selection of snacks by my side, watching the Star Wars trailer a million times! he he he

I joke. It'll be my turn in a few hours and you can laugh at me.

That would be cool.

Although Kanan and Asoka would probably have died of old age by this point.

Did Asoka make it in to Rebels, then? (I'm still waiting on the DVD to come out.) I had hoped she would, Clone Wars left her future very vague.
