So been in a big podcast kick lately, mostly because my hour long ride into work and home. however I can't seem to find a good 40k podcast. Been listening to independent character cast, I here they are ending this month though. Any suggestions for a new one to get out?

I looked into 11th company but they don't seem to release stuff very often?

Me and a buddy do more of a laid back podcast, talking about the crazy stuff in the 40k universe.

You can find it here: http://www.partialarc.com/roll-to-seize

Or search "Roll to Seize" on itunes

The ICs were shutting down this month but with the addition of an extra Show of Force and Book 5 of the Horus Heresy they will be going until early in the summer now.

As long as FW keeps releasing books they will never shut down.

To the original poster though - we still have a massive back catalog of episodes, many which are "timeless" since The Independent Characters are not tied to Codex Releases or anything along those lines.

You can find more information here:

http://www.theindependentcharacters.com

The show focuses on enjoying all aspects of the hobby and playing the game in many different ways.

I am often accused of being a GW "sympathizer" as I tend to just focus on the positive aspects of the game and the hobby. If you are looking for big rants about GW and such - our show is probably not for you.

If you are looking for constructive feedback and people just having fun with the hobby - you might want to check it out.

Overlords are amazing. And I'm disappointed in cvtuttle for not mentioning them in his comment!

If you liked 11th Company, who like to cover tournaments and cover the more competitive side of 40k then I would recommend 'Allies of Convenience'

http://alliesofconvenience.podbean.com/

I'd also highly recommend 'Beer and Bolters', Who are more into the fun side of 40k and have a good laugh in doing so.

Thanks for all the recommendations everyone I will start checking some out. I do listen to preferred enemies already, those guys are great!

I like to see what's going on in the meta scene since I can't get that involved myself, but I love the non competitive casts as well.
