Big games and tournaments coming up and I finally have 3 valks/vendettas to run. But is it still worth it in games today? I see tactic pages say it still is but how do you run it and is it competitive?

It doesn't help that AP 2 got nerfed vs vehicles. And starting in reserve sucks. But they are still terrifying to other flyers and some MCs.

Mine never let me down. Fun when carrying skitarii rangers and/or scions. I usually bring them with lots of other fliers though.

Yeah the ap 2 thing really kicked it for me, I guess they had to nerf flyers but the whole explodes results reform was to far.

It's not a nerf to flyers per se, it's a nerf to AP 1/2.

Yeah, Vendettas also go tougher to shoot down as part of that.

It's not an even trade. AV 12 is pretty easy to HP out, and the Vendetta is now pretty pricey in terms of HP/PT.
