And I'm just supposed to take your word for that? They've made no official declaration of any kind on that front. Until they do, those are just your house rules.
A reply email from them is pretty much regarded as official, i wasn't the one to ask them but the screenshot of the email is floating around somewhere on this forum and makes it quite clear that it's perfectly acceptable to use Loth in a Librarius conclave
No, it is not regarded as official. Email them 10 times and you'll get 10 different answers from 10 different interns. If it is not included in an FAQ, then it is not an official errata.
I don't have a problem with Lolth being used in a Ligrarius Conclave, mind you. But others might.

This is one reason that I am overly confused why GW doesn't sell cork or something like it where you can mount your models while painting. It has a lot of plusses when you can lean the heel of your palm up against what's holding your model. That way, even if someone or something shakes you, both hands move together which reduces these kind of painting accidents. When painting Space Marines or Terminators (especially ones that come in starter boxes where the bases is already pre-cut for you, and you don't have to glue it to get it to stand up), I stick them on old prescription bottles using some double sided, reusable adhesive pads. Makes painting the really small, really tight spots a lot easier.

While Forgeworld don't have quite the same track record as GW proper for issuing contradictory answers via email (the common meme online for the last decade or so has been that if you email GW twice, you'll get 3 different answers) you'll find that emails are rarely considered as 'official' answers. Partly because of the aforementioned contradictions, and partly because there is no way to verify their provenance short of sending an email yourself and hoping for the same answer.
If it's not in a published FAQ, it's no better than a house rule.

When a guy plays an Eldars "fluffy and fun" lists but still brings 20 Scatterbikes, 6 FW Hornets, 3 FLyers and 3 Fireprism, packs the feth of everything in the middle of the table( because of terrain mind you and the Hammer & Anvil deployement), then nearly throws in the towel and goes on a rant, because you kill 4 bikes and get 1HP with your Soul crusher Bombardement...
Oh and been called cheesy because i had too much attacks with my KDK models when assaulting, and that for once that he brings a fluffy list we play AV13-14 against his army( it was a 2 Vs 2 game, Crons and Me, Vs him and SM, in those 4000pts we litterally had 8 vehicles, my LR , Soul crusher and Maulerfiend and a Rhino, and the Necron 2 Arcs and 2 Annihilation consoles...).
He's a good guy to hang with, but a terrible player.
Someone mentioned, when the guy take his models off the table with you throwing any dice, he did that twice, but he was thinking that i would not move my unit, so was looking surprised when i moved my models for their assault roll and then consolidation.
Asking me " what are you doing?"
"Well if you take them off the table that means they are destroyed, so i did succesfully assault them right?, so i move my models according to that scenario, now if you don't wan that, then put the models back, and we'll see if i destroy them and then i will consolidate"
"...no its okay do your thing..."

To be fair to him, that does sound like a Saim-Hann army to me. Other stuff sounds pretty annoying/frustrating though.

There's honestly nothing "friendly" about 20 Scatterbikes... Saim-Hann is no excuse for trying to cloak what is clearly a donkey punch list behind a veil of "fluffy army". A true "friendly & fluffy" Saim-Hann army is more than doable by simply showing some actual sportsmanship and limiting your Jetbikes to just 1 per 3 taking an upgrade, and perhaps even throwing some Shuricannons into the mix instead of just going for the obvious no-brainer option 110% of the time.

Not a big one really but: Me and some friends are organising a campaign. Friend in charge is all souped up about using LoW in it until everyone else turns around and says NO to Primarchs (this being 40K and all [and noone wanting to face an unkillable god] ) He proceeds to suggest and then insist that we all play without LoW 'as it isnt fair because he dosnt have one' (he plays Marines but does not want to use Manliest Cougar). Its a bit of a blow but I can see the logic behind it, although i had wanted to use my (currently WIP) scratch built Baneblade towards the end. "Sure, Im fine with that. Just so long as we dont use Formations either" Nope. He wants to use formations as 'they are in the codex'. I wouldnt mind but: A, I do not have any and am possibly the only player without them and.... B, unlike the old Apocalypse ones, which I am cool with, these give huge advantages at no extra cost.
