Just wanted to get a bit of feedback on a list I wanted to try out:
Bossk (35)
Predator (3)
"Mangler" Cannon (4)
Outlaw Tech (2)
Recon Specialist (3)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Boba Fett (Scum) (39)
Determination (1)
Recon Specialist (3)
Dead Man's Switch (2)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Total: 100

Bossk and Boba Fett.
Mangler Cannon on Bossk ensures he's always got a crit for his Pilot Ability, as well as not giving away that Green Die at R3. At R1 I can either use the Cannon for the guaranteed Crit or roll 4 Red. Predator has become one of my preferred EPT since a free reroll (or two) generally means I don't need to waste time Target Locking. Between the Recon Specialist and the Outlaw Tech, I should have plenty of focus for eyeballs, offensively and (usually) defensively. Engine Upgrade makes it faster to get back into the fight and makes up for the generally slower YV dial.
Boba Fett gets in quick with an Engine Upgrade and the Recon Specialist should keep me in Focus for offensive and defensive rolls (which are hopefully getting rerolls since I want to be at R1). Didn't bother with a cannon or anything like that. Dead Man's Switch (hopefully) for that last laugh but it's the first thing I'd cut. Determination because I expect Boba to take a lot of fire.
Thoughts?

Drop Dead Man's Switch off of Fett and give him Inertial Dampeners.

Glitterstims also work well with Boba. I'd also suggest Vet instincts instead of determination. It makes Boba PS 10, which is nasty combined with Engine Upgrade and the aux arc.

I concur with the above posters. Fett's ability does synergize with Dead Man's Switch, but it becomes worthless if Bossk dies before Fett. Inertial Dampeners is an especially good choice with VI, as you will see the final positions of your opponents ships before you choose to pop it or not. Lone Wolf is also a good Elite upgrade for Fett, especially in a 2 ship list.
What is Recon Specialist doing for Bossk? The extra focus isn't very useful in defense, since he's only rolling one defense dice. K4 Security Droid strikes me as a more useful crew member, so that you're generating extra tokens whether you do Red or Green maneuvers (you would probably want something other than Predator if you use a K4 droid, as it gives you redundant re-rolls). Recon Specialist works better on Fett, though I think k4 would be more generally useful on him (especially combined with Glitterstim).

What I would suggest:
Bossk- 50
Mangler Cannon
Calculation
K4 Security Droid
Outlaw Tech
Intel Agent
Engine Upgrade
Boba Fett- 50
Vet Instincts
Gunner
Inertial Dampeners
Engine Upgrade
Since this list gives Bossk the K4, drop Predator for Calculation. Although I'm normally not a fan, it's great on Bossk when you only need to convert one eyeball. I added Intel Agent to help get mileage out of Bossks Engine Upgrade vs high-PS guys, since there was a point left, and this list is not to initiative-dependent. Finally, we use the point we save here to give Bobba Gunner, which I find to be incredibly useful. A big weakness for Boba is that you often aren't taking actions due to Inertial Dampeners/Boost, and don't have an offensive EPT. He can struggle to hit opponents, even with re-rolls, but since the re-rolls can be used multiple times, you can gunner for another attack if your opponent burns focus/evades.

Calculaction works really well with Recon Specialist, since you can use one of the focus tokens to flip an eyeball to a crit, and the other token to flip the rest of the eyeballs to hits. With Outlaw Tech, you can do this combo even when you pull a red maneuver. And with K4 Security Droid, you get re-rolls to boot.

Outlaw Tech assigns your ship a focus token. For Recon Specialist to trigger, you have to take a focus action.

I'm not sold on the need for both calculation AND the mangler cannon. Pretty much the only time I'd do that is at R1, since the Mangler is better or equal at R2 and R3. Since the damage deck no longer singles out secondary weapons, there's no real reason to have both.
Definitely see dropping Boba's DMS for ID; I could also get ID for Bossk if I did that. Also dropping Determination for VI. The damage deck only has 8 Pilot crits out of 35 cards, so the +2PS is almost certainly better.
Good point on recon specialist on Bossk; not like I'll REALLY need it defensively with A1. Not really sold on the K4 to replace it though only because if I stick with Predator (as is my inclination), I don't really need the Target Locks all that much. Guess it would still be good on turns after I do a 0 maneuver, or when I use my action to boost instead of Focus.

My reasoning on calculation is that it is only one point, and on occasions where there is only one eyeball to change, you may as well add another crit to the pool.

You could try this:
Boba Fett (Scum) (39)
Veteran Instincts (1)
Gunner (5)
Inertial Dampeners (1)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Bossk (35)
Calculation (1)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
K4 Security Droid (3)
Recon Specialist (3)
Total: 99

HLC on Bossk with Calculation has the potential to be nasty. Paired with K4's free target lock and Recon Specialist's double focus tokens, you have a pretty good chance of getting at least one crit through to use Bossk's ability. You have a point left over and if you wanted to be risky, you could throw Greedo on the YV-666 for even more potential damage.
