Hey guys, I have an Imperial Ace list with two versions. The first has 2 Interceptor aces and a couple of TIEs to fill it out, the second just has one ace and a bit more of a swarm backing it up.

Well, usually, but it does depend on the metagame. Stealth is great, but the extra HP does have value if you're expecting to face a Decimator with Vader or Ten Numb. Both of those ignore the stealth device and the only defense is having a shield HP to take the crit on.

If it were me in the 2nd list, I'd drop Shield Upgrade for Targetting Computer, and change Dark Curse to Howlrunner.
But as Peregrine says, your local meta generally determines how you construct Fel. Some people feel the need for the extra Green, some the need for crit protection. I tend to find myself often being able to get out of arc with a single barrel roll, so like to have that extra offensive action when needed.
