Subject: necron question on list

Ok so i have finally built my necron force into a core and now need to decide on the auxilleries. Im not interested at all in making a super cheesy list but at the same time, i dont want to have a bad list. So i figured id come here for some help with the desicion. No, i refuse to take the canoptek formation for multiple reason, both balance and fluff. I was leaning towards the triarch stalker formation, but im not a fan of the preatorians...on a side note, is the stalker even good? Its my favorite vehicle of the codex, but in the curent meta and its limited number of shots in such a fragile platform, i dont see a justification to take it...

The Stalker is okay, but its best as a support. It's a decent choice, but not exactly OP, I think it'd serve you well.

Hey there. Long term necron player here. Praetorians are amazing and would be worth taking on their own. The stalkers shooting is mediocre, but the buff it provides nearby troops makes it pay for itself.
You will not be disappointed in the performance of this formation.
