Couple of pics from a Battlegroup Overlord scenario I'm testing...

Its one of several for a short campaign set during the Rückmarsch after Normandy. Here British troops enter a French town and are engaged by enemy sniper fire and units of a mobile flak company thrown out as a hasty rearguard...

Actually those are 28mm models from Warlords. I know because I own the same kits.

Maybe they are. I can't say for certain. But I would put up my life savings saying these are a mix of 20mm models from various manufactures on a card stock/foam core table using dyed kitty litter for rubble in Kildare Ireland in the gaming room of Piers Brand.

1/72 is kind his thing.
Call it a hunch.

They certainly are not 28mm... wash your mouth out with soap for suggesting such a thing.

Your life savings are safe Strombones... mainly 20mm AB Figures with a few other makes.

Certainly no Warlord Germans as mine have shoulder tabs...

Hang on... let me check...

Yer pretty sure seeing as I only game WW2 in 20mm, all my WW2 has been 20mm for the last 25 odd years, they feature in all our Battlegroup books as 20mm and I know the designer who sculpted them in 20mm...

So Yer... pretty sure they are 20mm.
