So i picked up a copy of osprey's Black Ops over christmas and it looks pretty solid.
Being me i want to run a couple of scenarios using the rules and im pretty much set on everything bar one thing.
Having no imagination, i want to do the battle of Mogadishu in some capacity but im having trouble finding Black Hawks in scale (for use as objective markers etc.).
Iv'e found plenty in 1/72 and 1/48 but neither look quite right next to 28mm infantry.
I thought if anyone knew where i could get some 1/56 or 1/60 ish scale helicopters it would be you lot.

edit:
I have found some helicopters in scale from eureka minis but i'm specifically after Hawks

Britannia Miniatures do a downed Blackhawk in 28mm as a terrain piece.

1/48th scale is basically the same as 28mm. I should stick with them because there is a lot of plastic model kits available on the market.

I'm not aware of any aircraft in 1/56 or 1/60, but there may be some that someone else would know about.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

That's 1/56. Most 1/48 stuff is a little on the large side for 28mm. Both scales will work with 28mm, but obviously, not EVERYTHING in both scales will work. Similar to 1/72 and 1/76 will working for 20mm. You can even get away with some 1/87 things; tractors, civilian cars, fences, livestock etc.
