This is a nice list but the Infantry sections seem to be a bit.... Well, a bit bitty. They lack focus.
You have Assault Rifles (great for general purpose), SMG's (Close quarters) and LMG's (Fire support) all bundled together. I like the late war vibe but you could shuffle the equipment about a bit to optimise them a bit more.

Perhaps less fluffy, but I would agree that dropping the Assault Rifles/SMGs from the LMG squads and dropping the LMGs from the AR/SMG squads is a good idea in terms of game play.

Two AR/SMG squads and two LMG squads would keep tactical flexibility (not relying on one to do the job), yet make those squads more effective in their jobs.

How about this as an alternative?

Now that is a lot better than the other one. Your units have far more focus and plenty of anti tank firepower.
