If you witness a barrage of vortex missiles, and happen to glimpse the enemy’s last moments as they are consumed by the horror of the immaterium, you should immediately consume Special Ration Pack XIV. These small tabs will stave off any impending madness. A commissar will be on hand to help you administer the dose.

Also, the important part:

If you would like to witness the unveiling of a new STC-approved model of Warlord Titan, this war machine will be joining the parade of the Emperor’s Ascension this weekend. Speak to your Regimental Commissar about attendance.

Nemesis pattern warlord? Or maybe just the weapons...

Page 121 of the fw thread shows the new head, fist and plasma weapon for the warlord that will be at the event this weekend.

What confuses me though is that this fist is not the same fist that has rules in the Heresy rules set. This fist has an inbuilt megabolter. Could this be a sign that additional weapons (and rules) are on the way?

It's the same fist, but now has rules to add a Vulcan Mega Bolter as an upgrade.
Glad to see these parts finally come out. I've been waiting.

Its a lucius titan head upgrade. Which doesn't make it a lucius titan but oh well.

Fun fact: Lucius pattern titans teleport into battle, thus making them larger and more armored to house the telportation matrix.

IMAGINE A WARLORD TITAN WITH DEEPSTRIKE

not that it really needs it seeing the range it has.

Imagine spending the cash on it to try and pull that off, then imagine mishaping and being lost in the warp every time

Actually, it's Legio Astorum that can do that, not the Titan pattern.

Zed, where in the background is the teleportation mentioned? I've never heard that before.

Would be one hell of a shock to be a chaos trooper, and a Warlord suddenly appears out of nowhere...

Oh god, now you're asking me. It's in one of the Horus Heresy books. I think it may be in the Mechanicum red book. I'm not near it now, so will have to double check it later. Someone else can confirm if they're near it now

Aha! The Skitiarii Codex mentions "The Titans of the Legio Astorum, known as the Warp Runners, are the only god-machines sophisticated enough to teleport straight into battle. This is a point of pride amongst the Lucians, and cause of envy amongst their fellow legions."

Their name of the Warp Runners makes even more sense now!

A grot in the reactor chamber is bad news for anyone.

Not for any orks standing around. For them, it’s hilarious.

Would be cool, but it would probably be best for FW to make the weapon options they have rules for already- the Reaver has been waiting years for the rest of its carapace mounts, and we are just now getting other guns to run something besides a double turbolaser warlord.
