How do you tend to paint Tau skin? Most of the tutorials that I've been able to find suggest using out of production paints. My color scheme also has Temple Guard Blue in it as an accent color, so I want to make sure my skin is substantially different.

I use Emma's method myself. It really works and makes Tau skin look really nice!
