I'm having Captain Reinholdt sculpted now, he probably won't be finished until next week, but I will at least have some WIP shots to show off over the weekened for our end-of-the-campaign push
We're almost there, time is running out. We had a nice bump when the 48 hour warning emails went out, and we're currently at 94%. We are dangerously close to funding!
I have some good news to share today! First off, Beasts of War did a great review of the game and campaign and showed some awesome closeups of the Unsung minis we sent to them. Check out their Weekeneder video below, or coverage starts a little after about an hour in 4 miniutes.
Next up, I had Krisztian start sculpting the new Tranquility Crew minis, but they won't be done until after the campaign ends. It usually takes around 1 week per mini. He just sent me a WIP screenshot of Captain Nathan Reinholdt. He still needs a lot more detail, but you can see where he's going. Looks great so far!
The campaign ends tomorrow at 10 PM Eastern time. We're almost there!
I'm going to spend a little and do a boosted facebook post to try and get the link out there more. I did that on the first day and it seemed to work well. the BOW video and 48 hour warning email brought a lot of new backers in so that was real nice
Development is moving along nicely. I was planning to build a “late pledge” mini online store, but decided to just wait and hopefully next week I be able to launch the Pledge Manger, and that will be open to everyone. It will probably stay up for a few months, until we’re ready to go to print and figure out how many copies of everything we will need. I’ll post that link as soon as I get it.

It's quite nice! I think the rifle could use a little more detailing, and I'd rotate his left arm slightly (if changes are still possible!).
Just got a survey request from the Kickstarter, you might want to include a url for the next ones that shows all possible options as I had to do some digging to see what was what
I sent out the surveys mostly just to get people's addresses, you'll be able to see and do everything in the pledge manager when we get that up and running. I was going to try and get Backerkit going, but I might just set up a little temporary online store on my site, if I can get the shipping to work right
Man, I completely missed this. I have to say, your minis' quality has gone up in leaps and bounds compared to the first few gangs. The Tranquility crew will greatly benefit from that new aesthetic. I have them, but I will probably get the new ones when they come out.

In other news we’re hoping to have the pledge manager done this week and probably launched over the weekend. Will post the link when it’s done, it will be open to all
We have another new sculpt, here is Dr. Simmons of the Tranquility Crew! Not only can he patch up your wounds, but he's armed with 2 pocket pistols. They're concealed weapons, so the first time he shoots with them, it can be a bonus attack at the end of his activation.
In other news, I decided to hold off on the pledge manager for now. I figured it would be best to wait until everything is sculpted since it will be open to the public as well. This way newcomers will be able to see what everything will look like. We just have 3 more sculpts to do, so it won't be too much longer.
I've also decided to set up the pledge manager as part of my online store, I did that before it and worked well. Your pledge amount will basically be like store credit, so you will just select your pledge in the store, and you can add in any other product we have if you want to get anything else. So, I think that will be around the beginning of November if all goes well.
Next on the list will be the Nina Blackburn sculpt I think. Hopefully we'll have that next week, stay tuned!
Things are moving along nicely and I'm happy to report everything is right on schedule! We just finished our last sculpt and I just noticed that I haven't posted the last couple of new ones. Sorry! Anyway, here they are!
Here is Julie from the updated Tranquility Crew. We did a minor tweak and removed some of her pockets.
And next up is Nina Blackburn, she's a new Tranquility Crew character who will be sold separately.
And finally the last new character from the campaign, we have the Belle Witch who will be joining The Wicked. We're just going to cut down on the cheesecake factor a bit with the final mini and bring the collar of her dress up a bit.
Next up we will be finishing up and proofreading the rulebook, and getting all of the character cards updated too. I'll post more stuff as I get it

If you didn’t get in on the campaign, you can just use that site to select whatever you want, it works just like an online store. It will let you pre-order everything that was unlocked in the Kickstarter campaign, and we also have some discounted bundles too! Getting lots of work done behind the scenes. Things are starting to come together nicely! I just wanted to share our new cover artwork. This will go on the big box cover and also on the hardback rulebook. What do you think?
The horizontal cover art we've been using till now will be used for the Unsung starter set box cover. We're going to get new color art done for the other 3 gangs, The Wicked, Wormwood Wardens and the new Tranquility Crew. Will take a little while to finish them, but I'll hopefully have that by the end of January if all goes well.

In other news (and at the risk of receiving a bunch of “I told ya so’s” ) I wanted to announce that we will NOT be using Prodos Games for our miniatures production after all. They suddenly don’t have the time to devote to our project (and wouldn’t get to it till maybe next December at the earliest), so they are out and ne'er to return. We will be sticking to metal miniatures after all. We are planning to have our new metal minis produced by the nice fellas over at Mindworm Games, and Knuckleduster will be taking care of most of our 3D printing needs. With their help, we still expect to deliver on time this summer
Also, switching over to metal is going to result in a slightly higher retail price, but the current Kickstarter and Pledge Manager prices will stay the same as pre order prices until everything is released.
I would have supported the KS if you hadn't gone with Prodos.
Now, once I get a few other things knocked out I will buy at least the new book, and likely a few of the other minis. I still have a few unpainted gangs from one of your previous KS I should attempt to paint first though.
How long will you accept late pledges? I may be tempted to jump in even though I know I SHOULD work with what I have first...

By the way, I love Knuckleduster, great to deal with. I recently got 4 of their buildings and have them assembled and painted. The fact they come with interior furniture and still have a great price is a big selling point. Their newer figures are really nice too, so I know they'll do well with yours.

It's just my regular online store, but all of the KS items are listed as a pre-orders, so any new orders that come in just get added to the list and will get sent out right along with all of the KS pledges. There's bundles you can choose that mimic the KS pledge levels, or you can just pick individual items. And also if anyone wants to get any older items too, those will ship out with your whole order all at once.
