Kind of a fun twist surrounded by tried and true. You have the Knight, spiders, scatbikes etc, but the centerpiece is the no scatter cloudstrike sporting the 3 pulse/lance falcons carrying 16 BS 5/6 Fire Dragons. My LGS has seen a recent surge in imperial knight popularity, and there's always healthy amounts of Eldar and Tau around. Granted against a true MSU or horde list, this just wont match up well. But against a heavy armor/MC list the math on this is actually nuts. Statistically it almost always downs two knights in a single round of shooting, possibly 3 with above average rolls lol.

I like it. Hard hitting, fast to play and not huge amounts of book keeping.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Very strong for your meta, I'm sure there is a valid argument to drop a unit of Dragons for another unit of spiders since 3 seem to be a bit overkill but yeah, really solid. That said I feel that your main weaknesses will come in the form of Psychic powered deathstars, flyer spam and massive alpha strike lists.

Can't argue with any of that! Obviously the Autarch is necessary for reserve manipulation. Of the three you listed, flyer spam does concern me, probably in the form of tyranids/daemons. I run the crimson death often, love it, and agree it's probably a safe inclusion most of the time, I think this list has a clear "gimmick" in the cloudstrike being a notable "big" thing that will happen that I think a lot of people are not used to, so I'm willing to run it one weekend, despite the weaknesses it opens up. As far as Psychic Deathstars and true alpha lists, I consider them straight high end tournament builds that I don't worry about for fun weekend games at the LGS. If I were going to a GT or equivalent I would probably never run a list like this. I'd run a deathstar or alpha list myself, or the tried and true scat/knight/spider spam.

Ah apologies, I assumed this was for a very competitive event given how strong the list is already (seriously fire dragons are mental with the +3 to damage rolls!) in any case, unless you run into any serious tournament lists, I think you'll do really well

Yeah, and honestly, at the end of day, it's getting harder and harder to successfully field true TAC lists (though I love to try) in this new world of ultra-linear ultra-powered formations. They almost force you to field one of your own and force a rock/paper/scissor effect on the meta.
