Rather then the CAD, have you considered a 10th company TF? You loose the tech and ObSec, but gain some nice bonuses.
If you want them to mark the LZ for teleporters, you can gain stealth when you infiltrate, as long as you don’t move. Cloaks, cover, going to ground if needed, should make them tough to dislodge. Then the vets show up and start causing mayhem.
For the bikes, they can jink for a stealth enhanced cover save.

I did consider a 10th Company but the it isn't a battleforged army it's just 2 formations. Automatically Appended Next Post: it's just an idea not something i'm building at mo. I'm actually building the 2500 list

2 formations is battleforged.
Is everyone in a box? That’s what makes a bettleforged list. You take a structure (box) either a detachment or a formation. Then you fill all the mandatory slots. Optional ones are optional. Then you can take another box and do the same thing. Repeat until you are out of points.
You go unbound when you add units that don’t fit into any of the structures you have. When you have loose units not in a box. But your army can have as many boxes, of as many types, as you want.

A lot of the new boxes have small rulebooks bundled with them. The Kill Team box is only $65, and gets you the rules, a tac squad, and some tau you can either sell off or murder for basing supplies.
The Death Masque or old Dark Vengence boxes are more expensive, but come with a ton of minis.
Or you could sift e-bay or other secondary sellers for people breaking up those boxes for the minis and looking to offload the rules.
