Few things...

Your dread is walking up the field? have you considered giving him a drop pod to get him where you want him 1st turn?

Diff loadouts on each of your tac squads....why?

Melta Gun and Heavy Bolter is a good combo for anti-infantry and anti-vehicle, i'd stick with that.

Looks like a lot of fun!

Dread should be OK footslogging up alongside the rhinos. If you could make him venerable, that would help his survivability. Accuracy as well. You might want to swap to the TLLC, as it has more range, but I do enjoy the AsC.

I might go for the MM in the melta squad. You will not always be snap shotting, and the extra melta shot is needed to reliably pop tanks. Otherwise fine. If you shake a lot of points free somewhere, the grav squad could use the cannon to go full grav. I like the mix of options, should help with flexibility.

I like speeders over attack bikes, but you do get your CT with the HB bikes. And they give you a spot to stick your captain. For the points I might have gone with a regular bike squad with more punchy special weapons. Love the HB, but it is outclassed by a lot of things.

Not sure about the hawks, but I like the skyhammers on my talons. I’d run the AsC up top on the raven, or the TLLC. Now a big fan of PCs in general, less so on flyers.

Dev squad is flexible. Should do OKish. I prefer mine 4xLC these days.

Just reread the entry and noticed it was a different model not an upgrade . Should I keep the Stormwing with Talons? Or is there a formation from a supplement that fits in the Interceptors?

there is a formation in the supplement for them, but it is two Hawks and two Talons. You can also run three Hawks in a formation of their own. There is no way to get a Raven and a Hawk in one formation though. And neither of those formations can be taken with a Gladius as an Auxiliary.
