I assume that most of us are adults, surely we're capable of discussing our opinions while showing a little respect to people who may view things differently?

Well I suppose the cheesecake/sexualised miniatures (or whatever you want to call it) will always be one of those divisive topics, by its very nature. And even though the user group is small, we're divided geographically and culturally so will often have different opinions on it. Dakka is certainly not the only place to have aggressive comments about it certainly..

It's more like a pre-emptive strike. We know it's coming, so if we mock the sentiments before-hand, they usually don't make them after the mini is shown.

Not really. Only thing we know is the Manga goes up for preorder starting March 13th, releases in April.

April purportedly will see the Minutemen for USARF.

It was a link to a page on CB's webstore, for an item costing €49.95. Now, habla non Espanol, but it appeared to be a triple pack with the following items in it:

1x copy of the manga.
1x Knauf
1x Fat Yuan-yuan.

No pictures, but for some reason it had the store photo of the Red Veil minis at the top of the page.

Now that it's disappeared, I can only draw the following conclusions :

a) It was a total mistake.
b) It's happening, but someone pressed the wrong button a bit too soon.

or

c) The Arch-troll, Lord Bostria is at it again.

Nah I change my mind, not fair play at all. Why are you being petty, the pair of you? It's news about an Infinity miniature which is entirely relevant to this thread. If you have a problem with me then I have a private inbox that you're welcome to use.

You might be right on that, but it is important to make sure people understand that it is not a product produced or distributed by CB, so they cannot buy it from them.

That's why a specifically referenced the kickstarter, so people would know that it was someone other than CB doing the 'distributing'.

Anyone know what the Adepticon exclusive miniature will be this year? Sorry if that's been covered already. I'm new here.

They don't do an Aadepticon exclusive do they?

They have not done one, no. They have only recently done GenCon exclusives -- Van Zant and the Lone Ranger. ( Yes, I hear the William Tell Overture. Soy inculto. Meh.)

Now, instead of quibbling, boys, perhaps focus on what is truly important, the news about a possible Fat Yuan Yuan. This is a mini that has been requested for even longer than the Wulver Girl.

I hope they do NOT do an Adepticon exclusive. Especially not a Fat Yuan Yuan exclusive. Adepticon is 23-26 March this year. Who from CB will be there? Su Señoria Bostria?

Will it be an exclusive pre-order, like Knauf, or is it just part of a bundle now, and to be sold separately later? The Knauf mini looks like a nice proxy for any number of Pan-O snipers. It will be a chain rifle profile, almost certainly, for the Fat Yuan Yuan. It would certainly motivate me to buy the comic book. ( which would immediately go, unread, in one of those sleeves in order to keep it *mint*)

Oh, crap. I know Infinity is one of the sponsors for Adepticon, so I figured they would do what they do for GenCon. I'm very new to all this. My bad.

Just because they haven't done an Adepticon exclusive miniature before, doesn't mean they can't or won't in the future.

If they make the Fat Yuan Yuan Adepticon exclusive, I just hope they make it available via their webstore like they did for Gencon exclusives.
