Yeah that was the impression I got re ALIVE group. Good point about the base though.

It wouldn't surprise me, if they'd make narrative characters (mercenaries) for the Wotan campaign.

Here's a fun fact:

From a Human perspective, yes, it's fugly. From a Wolfman, or Wolfwoman, perspective, it's practically George Clooney-esque...or Brad Pitt-esque. Or whoever is the latest *heartthrob*. Meh.

Caledonian box is very much the weak link this month. The Ayyar was a guaranteed win. The Karkata is nice too. With that knife... anyone remember the Pimpbot from Conan O'Brien's stint on Late Night? "I will cut you!" I see it as a useful crabbot proxy. Which I've probably already said.

I love Danavas and Karkata, but I noticed the robot appears to have a clamshell crotch and now I just can't look away.

Love the ninja repaints. I've got both sitting around waiting for paint, and I was thinking how the Red Veil scheme would work on the older minis. Really well, apparently.

Morat, YJ and Tohaa seem like a nice deals. The rest have rather dated miniatures and in case of NCA, oh goodness, talk about SWC madness and low tier specialists to work with.

Sadly I still prefer the original Su-Jian to the new one, otherwise would have gone for that Yu Jing set.
Although would be interesing to total up costs with the crap value of the £ vs. Euro at the moment?
