So three guys, despite there being artwork for a fourth Ironjaw (the one with the skull helmet with horns and metal fang). Has that happened before? I can see them not wanting four to differentiate them more from the Ardboyz band, but that other design is on at least two Beastgrave cards, if I'm not wrong.

The models are really nice, except maybe the posing on the double mace Brute.

Looking for a Skaven Doomwheel banner to repair my Nurgle knights.

I am a HUGE fan of bird-skull Orc. Love the facial expression on the dual-wielding Orc also. Niiiice.

Either that figure was remodeled into the Orc with the bird skull, or it might be a different warband.

I assume it’s the bird skull one (skull mask, bare chest). Sometimes the art isn’t perfect - there’s a card showing the Sabretusk from the Ogre band with the sabre teeth on the top jaw like a traditional sabre-toothed cat, where as the model has them on the bottom jaw like the other Sabretusks.

I'm dissapointed with the new orc team (looks wise, obviously don't know how they play yet).

Was hoping for a cool take on savage orcs, what with whose tokens looking like some sort of berserk tokens.

These feel basically like the first orc team, but bigger, and different armour. :(

Maybe, but an artist getting a sabretusk "wrong" by placing the fangs in the place where real ones had them and replacing a skull with a mask that spcifically looks like a bit in the Brutes box, I dunno. Maybe they channged his design and kept the old cards to be cheap. Err, economical.

But e.g. Great Fortitude has that helmet. And I stuck that bit to s nurgling to have a voodoo nurgling, though there the skull is more orkish.

Interesting to see what sort of warband mechanic they have. Theories of the counter set is that that they will be using the sacrifice counters

Sigh, I was hoping for a savage orc warband
The previous orruk underworlds band looks way better, in my opinion.

Same - these seem very much like a re-tread. Am surprised they didn't take the opportunity to do something different.

And each of them has played fairly differently.

That said, the Ironjawz from season one were fairly well received and given that? It was inevitable they would get a new lease on life with a Brute warband.

Maybe these guys will play differently then? I mean it doesn’t exactly look like they will but we can hope…

I thought it was a mixed ironjaw + savage orruk. The art clearly depict Brute clad in armor in multiple cards. so anyone expecting a full savage orruk band is preparing themselves for disappointment

Really? I think these look much better than the first Orruk warband.

I dunno. Something about them is just off to me. I feel that the normal Brutes from the unit box look cooler, which is inverse of Ironskullz Boys, who looked much, much more dynamic than the old Black Orcs who were hampered by the design needing them to be able to rank up.

From the GAMA Trade Show...

At last, the Daughters of Khaine have come to Warhammer Underworlds!

Later this year, Morathi’s chosen servants will arrive in Beastgrave with a warband that boils down this iconic army into its most distinctive elements – crazed cultists, shadowy mutants and one very deadly Hag Queen. Known as Morgwaeth’s Blade-Coven, this warband will bring the fast, tactical and gory play style of the Daughters of Khaine to your competitive battles.

We’ll have more details and card previews for this warband right here before long, so stay tuned.

Not sure if its the design or the paint job, but these seem s little off. I think its the color palette (which is a bit cartoony with too little shading), but it might be breastplates and heads.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.

Amazing models, can't wait to start using DoK in Underworlds! Hopefully the fighter cards aren't pants on head and at the same level as grymwatch etc.

I think you're right, the colours used are too "cartoony" but this is generally the norm for the studio painters these days (broad bright colours to accentuate detail)

Ok, going to get a set of DoK to mix into Dark Eldar. With a bit of kit bashing, there's a Sslyth, a succubus, and 3 watch squad leaders.

Kinda boring/plain - pass from me. Are these the final Warband for season 3?

If it continues with previous trend of 8 warbands per season then yes, Orruks and DoK are the final 2 (they may release Cursebreakers and Briar Queen as standalones from Nightvault like they did with Steelheart and Reavers to bring the count to 10)

Interesting looking band, I like the Hag and snake woman but not sure of the other three. Anyone have an idea of when we can expect some sort of rules preview?
