Hi folks.

Found a few nice shots of my Kurita Mechs that I thought I'd share.


Light mechs, Locust, Jenner, Panther and Spider.


Medium (and one heavy) Mechs: Dragon, Whitworth, Hunchback and Wolverine.


And Heavy/Assault mechs: Marauder, Hatamoto-chi, Mauler, No-Dachi


And my Randomly generated lance for a big grinder game that never happened: Griffin, Orion, Atlas and Jenner.

I'm just done painting some Clan mechs in Smoke Jaguar colours. Hope to photograph and share those soon too.

No shame, those clan mechs I mentioned have been languishing at the back of my painting list for maybe four years now and I'm only getting them done now.

I've been playing the new PC game beta and man...I'm wanting to revisit my 80+ mechs now.

Revisit them with a camera please.
And then I can visit them too.

What kinds of mechs? Any famous units or specific factions?

Nah, nothing special.

I did a quick-on-a-budget mech project about a year or two ago. I run them using my own Battletech skirmish rules (which I'll be re-doing..eventually). Two purposefully nondescript forces.

Its been a long time coming but I can finally share my finished Clan Smoke Jaguar Delta Galaxy Onmimechs.


Left to right that's Mad Dog, Shadow Cat, Dire Wolf, Adder & Timber Wolf.

And the top view showing the all important Leopard spots camo pattern.

Hello theCrowe, Those are Great looking Omni Mechs! I like that You painted a unique camo pattern for the group.

Your House Kurita Lances are well done! I look forward to seeing Your next Classic Battle Tech - Mech paint work.

Thanks darkstar but that's kinda it for Me and Battletech for now. But I got more photos of the clan mechs in the camera and uploaded for you to enjoy. And there's plenty more close ups of the Kurita mechs in my gallery too.

First up its the backbone of the star, Clan Smoke Jaguar's Ultimate Assault Omnimech (we won it fair and square, alright!) the formidable Dire Wolf.


Next up its a Smoke Jaguar staple, originally a Nova Cat design (but we'll not hold that against it) the deadly Shadow Cat, a capable scout that can more than hold its own.


The quintessential Clan Wolf Omnimech, designated MAD CAT, the iconic Timberwolf. We probably won this one in a trial of Badassery.


Running hot but punching well above its weight class its Clan Star Adder's signature light mech design the Adder. Or the "Puma", cause that's more like a Jaguar.


And the fifth point of my Smoke Jaguar star is the ubiquitous hill camping, laser toting, battle overseer, its probably seen you already and the LRMs are incoming... Mad Dog aka the Vulture.

Love seeing classic Omnis painted in a classic paint scheme!
