NOTES:

This is a bit of a different list because it's a scaleable Vanguard Detachment that leans a bit heavy on Elites. It starts at 2000 Points, but you can configure it very quickly at 1,750, 1,500, 1,250, and 1,000 Points with ease, so I'm hoping that it looks reliable as a take on all comers list.

Also there's notes about configuring the Dreadnoughts with either "Assault" or "Rifleman" loadouts as a bit of a "Sidebar" capacity, depending on whom you're going to face casually.

I wanted to put together an Ultramarine list (normally I play Salamanders in 30K, but until their are Chapter Rules I'm going to follow "Rowboat Girlymon" for a time just because I love the model), and at least he poses an actual threat in most games.

But, the problem is I wanted to play something a bit more aggressive than a simple gun-line. This list has a lot of mobility, which should help with objectives, and eschews heavy support in favor of trying to quickly garner board control.

I know Drop Pods are not in favor currently, Sternguard are not seen as competitive ATM, and no one is playing with Attack Bikes, etc. When I'm looking at lists posted here. But I also wanted to try to utilize units which could quickly grab Objectives and pose a threat, or who will at least be a total pain in the ass to deal with.

Also at 2,500 Points you can scale up with another pair of identical Tactical Squads and a Librarian on a Bike as a second HQ, but 2,000 Points seems to be a sweet spot currently.

I'm really curious what people will think, and would love a lot of feedback. The last list I posted on here wasn't perfect in terms of points accuracy since I had just gotten the new book, but this seems to be on the money. So if I'm missing anything with points totals let me know too!
