I decided to make a 3,000 point army using bits and pieces I've collected (and not used) over the years, plus the new starter set and stuff from the used case at the FLGS.

My Ultramarine army currently has:

Roubute Guilliman
Gravis Captian
Two Lieutenants
Primaris Ancient
23 Intercessors
30 HellBlasters
3 Inceptors
Stormtalon
Imperial Space Marine

With the exception of RG the only non-Primaris are the Stormtalon pilot (although I could make him look like one) and the Imperial Space Marine (I'm going to say he was the last survivor of his old chapter).

Would a LandRaider Terminus Ultra ever be worth it? It would solve my lack of ranged anti-tank, but so could a lascannon Predator.

Use Predators.

For just 6 points more than a Terminus Ultra, you can buy 3 Quad-Lascannon Predators, which brings 12 lascannons to bear rather than 8. The Laspreds also don't suffer a Robo-aneurysm when you roll badly for their To Hit rolls.

actually for 4 points more you can only buy 2 ..not 3.

You run them with Gullyman so there is very little chance of Robo-aneurysm. 2+ save and Machine Spirit make them a little better IMHO.
