Can Ynnari use CRAFTWORLD abilities like Biel-Tan - Swordwind etc?
Does Ynnari units loose their CRAFTWORLD keywords?

I think that way it works is that a detachment that consists of only units with <Craftwordl> keyword can choose to swap that for <Biel-tan> and gain the attribute. This means that a detachment with Yvraine or Yncarne would not be able to gain a CW attribute. HOWEVER, being Ynnari only requires that your Warlord be Ynnari, NOT necessarily in the same detachment. So you could take a Patrol detachment with Yvraine and a single Troop and put the rest of your army in a separate detachment consisting only of CW units. That separate detachment can therefore be Biel-tan or Ulthwe and because your Warlord is Yvraine, they are also Ynnari. The units only lose Battle Focus and Ancient Doom, it says nothing about losing their CW keyword. Easy -

So in this case, I could then take 3 units of Kabalite Warriors in Venoms with Yvraine as the Warlord, throw in a warlock for the second HQ.
Then full out the rest of the army with Craftworld detachment or 2 and get best of both worlds. Small cheap mobile infantry with. O loss from Craftworld rules, and a Craftworld army built around it.

As long as the CW detachments are only CW units and you have a Ynnari named character as your Warlord in a separate detachment, yes. This assumes that the CW codex does not change the way Ynnari armies function as those rules will still be in the Index

Thats if Ynnari doesnt get a small FAQ to re-word the Ynnari stuff.
Currently it says what you lose, but i bet they will re-write it to say they lose all army wide rules.
Or CWE calls out you dont get XYZ for going Ynnari

I expect the codex will say that you only get craftworld traits if you're not Ynnari, but we don't know yet.

Fluffwise, this makes no sense. A Biel-tan warrior doesn't suddenly change his personality or lose experience because he adopts a new religion.
A Craftworlder who follower Ynnead is still a Craftworlder
I am under the assumption that once the dust is settled, you can still be Ynnari AND retain CW attributes, whether this is balanced it a whole 'nother issue.

Then why does he lose Battle Focus? Ynnari armies mix Aeldari of different backgrounds, wouldn't it be weird if all craftworlders in an Ynnari force were from the same craftworld?

The 3 Ynnari characters, don't have a <Craftworld> keyword, so while the other models in the army don't loose the <Craftworld> keyword, they most likely not get the Detachment bonus if any of the Triumvirate characters are in the same detachment since all models usually have to have the same keyword.

Ok you let my Harlequins keep RC and your CWE players can have all your rules, lets see how balance that is.
Its not about fluff always

As per the Index and the leaks we have seen so far, you are quite correct.
The only potential problem is if the Codex changes this. The other thing to be aware of is that the Triumvirate of Ynnead are getting a new rules pamphlet in their box which apparently changes their rules slightly compared to the Index edition.
Hopefully this will simple be to clarify that the Visarch gets a 4++ from the force field but it is also possible they will change the way that Ynnari factions play so we are not out of the woods yet.
A more optimistic approach might be to consider that Battle Focus gets improved in the new codex so it is actually a viable alternative to SfD. But that is probably just crazy talk.

All of the <Subfaction> rules we have seen so far state that the detachment must be composed of solely <Subfaction> units to gain the benefits of <Subfaction>
The Ynnari characters do not have <Craftworld> and so they will remove the <Craftworld> benefits that the detachment would otherwise be eligible to receive.
From the looks of it, I am betting that Ynnari faction will also remove <Craftworld>, so make life easier.

This might happen, but I hope not. The current new Eldar craftworld rules only really work in a Ynnari army. In pure craftworld, they're far far too weak. Basically just terribly written and underpowered in every respect. However, mixing and matching units into detachments, and picking craftworld traits for each detachment that helps those units the most, -might- make the army at least semi-decent. And this kind of mixing up of different craftworlds fits Ynnari fluff and playstyle more than pure craftworld.
I can only assume that GW are doing this to try and sell more triumverates, and more mix and match eldar box sets. Right now, picking a single craftworld to focus on will leave you at a severe disadvantage vs any imperial army.

But we do for sure dont know all the stratagems, WL traits, Relics etc...
