I am currently creating a Tyranid list. I wanted to see what you guys thought about the list build.

Option

Combining the biovores into two groups of two. This would free up a heavy slot for a carni of some type.

This list is right around 1750, so there is plenty of room to play with.


Structure so far is for the Flyrant, and Gargoyles to DS in and cause havoc.



Over all I would like to alter the list a bit to add in some more flare, ie a variety of units. I also feel that the army needs another unit of hormies, or gaunts to shield the Warriors.

Well...I suggest a second Winged Tyrant, Having just one means it's too high on the priority list to last long. Also, if you decide to go Leviathan, then add more Wings, as Leviathan has a Strat for that. Gargoyles are an easy add, or a Crone or Harpy.

If you add more winged monsters, that takes pressure off the single Tyrant as well. You already have a big Brood of Gargoyles, so I'd suggest some sort of Winged Big Bug.

Well, you have about 250 unspent, that can add in a Wingent, or a Winged Big Bug easy. you can split some Gargoyles out into seperate Broods as well.

cant take enhanced senses on a Hive tyrant, also the miasma artefact is gorgon only. I'd take miasma cannon on it since you have HVC though. the auto hits at 8 inches are fun for overwatching characters and/or vehicles.

I was looking at the codex, and the miasma cannon does not show Gorgon listed on it? Also, Warlord traits shows Heightened Sense sorry about the mis listed options.
