Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

I'm considering getting Mortarion simply because I want to be able to run the Daemon Primarchs of the four gods in a quadrat.

Only problem is, the model is not good looking. At all. So if I'm going to get him I'm going to have to make some changes, so here's a few questions:

1. How are his wings attached to him, how easy would they be replaced?
2. Anyone know of any feathured wings that would suit his size? Maybe even ones that look a bit ragid and death like?
3. Anyone know of a scythe that's about the right size for him? A proper scythe, not that toy he's carrying.
4. What about his pistol? How would people replace that? I'm kinda stuck on that.
5. Any other suggestions on ways to improve the model that other people have used?

I might also try and trim off a lot of the extra rubbish tacked onto the model... If I can find the parts to make Mortarion Great Again (pls no hate).

Thanks.

I think you should look for third party Daemon/Grim Reaper models as you don't like almost anything about the new Morty.

But that's why I want to see if I can fix him, besides, the wings and his weapons are my main gripes; the body of the model isn't too bad.

In any case, I don't buy third party models; third party parts yes, but not whole models. I like to play in FLGS and WHW, where third party is frowned upon.

Ragid, is that like when you clean something real fast like a tyred display chicken flour?

Best way to find out would be buy one, pic uploads by a good friend will only give an experienced sculptor any (in)significant information on joining. Theyd likely just buy morty anyway.

Lol, "i hate morty, pls dont hate." You marry morty now. Morty so handsome.

Also, creature caster is insane. Wth. Maybe send them 1000 socks to make a rotting vulture kit.
