We'll find out soon enough eh.

I mean, people get that you don't actually have to use these on Stormcast yeah?

It's not one of the releases I suspect most of us were hoping for - I'd certainly have preferred they hurry the feth up with the N17 and AT resin releases - but most of those have very little tying them to the Sigmarines and SC heads work fine on much of the GW range.

They're mediocre sculpts whatever you want thtem for. I'd like a couple of the Sequitor kit female heads for Inq28 stuff. Wouldn't touch these.

Err, OK. I'm not seeing this vast gulf in quality myself, they're heads, most have distinct features and aren't grotesquely anatomically inaccurate. I can get not wanting them because they don't fit with any ideas someone might have at the present time, but it's not like we're comparing some lavish masterpiece with lumpy potato-sculpts.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

Those male heads might be useful for my Deathwatch Kill-Team. Trying my best to make every single one look more like he's actually from his chapter and not just another generic Marine wearing a pauldron.

if you want well sculpted and better proportioned female heads don't even consider this rubbish, go to Statuesque Miniatures.
For us the pricing is a 1/3 of the FW sets and the postage is much cheaper.

It’s the Horus Heresy weekender on the first weekend of February. Either it’ll be released first then, or we’ll hear about it then.

New titan classes please! There's couple hinted at. Let's see them.

Imperator would certainly fit "big" ;-)

I really like the chain glaive on that NL character, but the wing ears are rather chunky. Looks like a helmet sculpted in the 90's.

The BA Terminators look great, although the prototype assault cannon is a bit choady.

I dunno guys. I'm starting to think that these Night Lord fellas might not be 'all in' in this Great Crusade thing.

But if Big E says they're cool, then I guess they're alright...

Really want the Ordinatus Aktaeus to go with my Termites. Really keen to see the rules to see how much you can fit inside one. I think I'll have to pick one up at the Weekender.

Possibles for the item to be revealed is next HH book, Fires, another Titan. I'd be disappointed if its the Angel as we all knew he was coming already.

Ok, all those models are really cool looking and I wish my SW got the same treatment instead of the very wonky sculpts they got.

However, I always assumed the mole would be better sculpted as bursting out of the ground, rather then on the launcher. Why would you drive your Drill 100 yards from where you want it to emerge as a surprise?

Those Blood Angels Terminator thingies have horribly wonky leg proportions and those arm gaps are weird. Look like 3rd party models (like a lot of FW infantry models lately).

Night Lords would probably look alright with an 'Eavy Metal quality paint job.

The redacted item is one of two books most likely. Either fires or the next HH book.

The models look neat though, the praetors in particular are awesome.

The first NL looks like he's struggling to lift the chain glaive, and the dread has the cleanest and most wholesome dead body trophy in the 30th Millenium. The Bangels look like they wish they were Phoenix Termies.

The Termite and the Termie NL guy look cool though.

I though that too. The thigh section looks remarkably thin compared to the rest of the leg.

OH-I Wanna get out of here

Fires is unlikely on the HH weekender.

I'm hoping for a plastic Thunderhawk. It won't be that, but I'm hoping anyways.

If it -is- a book, it’s more likely to be Talons rather than Fires. Sure, Fires is wanted, but they’ve said time and time again that it’s practically at the back of the queue.

We know book 8 is coming out soon, with many expecting it to be previewed at the HH Weekender. This could be the “surprise” but, in general GW fashion, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise due to simple expectation.
