Zenit Miniatures (Facebook) are running a Kickstarter campaign to expand their Kensei range with two new factions, the Namban and the Wako.

(pic of the army boxes in spoiler tag because it's big)
Spoiler:

While set in the Fantasy world Hymukai the miniatures and the rules can also be used for historical wargaming. The rules to both Kensei and its skirmish counterpart Torii are available on Zenit's website.

The miniatures are 32mm metal, the company is based in Spain. After the KS there will be a pledge manager which will include the full range at a discount.

Their last KS suffered some delays due to outsourced resin casting, and to a lesser extent the production of the rulebooks. But it looks like this time they're only funding metal minis so that won't be an issue.

Looks good and I'd like some of the figures but still waiting on stuff from the last kickstarter.

Hello Zond, that is weird.
Have you written to zenit miniatures telling this issue? Everyone else received their boxes and zenit had no notice about any issue.

Could you please email them telling your shipping address and kickstarter nickname in order to solve this?

Thanks!

I could find uses for those Waco! Make a great starting point for somewhat different than usual cultists, for a start.

I've emailed and messaged on kickstarter twice now about missing items. I got the warmachines which are lovely but didn't get the rest of my pledge. I was told this was being resolved in January but not heard anything. I'll dump €1 at it and I hope it unlocks as much as possible but I'm a bit more wary now.

I'm in the same boat. Looks like it got sent back to them unclaimed from the post office though I never got a notice I had something that needed a signature. I've backed the two Kensei KSers before that one and never had any issues so I'm not sure why this time around the post office was dumb.

I purchased a large number of undead models through the last campaign's pledge manager and received them without any issues. I am backing this one as well.

I've backed it for a dollar in the hopes my stuff turns up. And if it does awesome, pirates will be mine.

So far no one is responding to my emails, pms or kickstarter messages but I have hope.

Four more days to go.

There's a whole bunch of add-ons now, including some artillery pieces. All-in pledge levels have been added.

Spoiler:

Stretch goals have so far unlocked an additional ten characters (five per faction) that come free with the army sets.

Ending tonight (European time).

Two Plascraft ships and a pier have been made available as add-ons.

In terms of stretch goals we've unlocked a dog, and are set to unlock at least a priest and maybe a musician before the end.
