So this sorry saga is finally over. After raising almost $1.5M the project is dead after years of delays and empty promises that Wave 2 was in the works.

Well, that Kevin. Full of lies and shoddy math even at the end. Yeah, here's an accounting for 200k or so in extra expenses, but what about the million plus? Just... not going to talk about it, eh?

I know he's gotten writers to cut their losses with this sort of deceptive twaddle, but will it work on 5000 backers simultaneously?

Nope. Just everyone who has gotten their hands on the rights in the west has been a scumbag.

Sad to see this happen but not surprised.

YeH, once HG is finally gone, I suspect the ' robotech IP' will simply be set on fire, and the relevant companies will finally start selling the vastly superior macross in these parts.

The impending demise of Harmony gold is also pretty aces for me as a Battletech fan.

About.. two thirds of the designs, IIRC. Plus some resin stuff they conveniently have decided not to comment on.

Yep, about 60-65% of the product was Wave 2. I hope Palladium tanks hard because of this. (crosses fingers)

Oh yes, fingers and toes crossed for this. Its a shame about Palladium turning out the way they have over the years though. I've got a lot of fond memories of there TMNT RPG.
