I'm pretty excited for the new kill team. I really enjoy the face paced skirmish games. Making a narrative campaign could be fun using the rules for leveling up your characters. I will likely buy the box set even though i dont have any interest in ad mech or gsc.

If anything it gives me an excuse to start the very small force of Flesh Eaters (BA successors) I've had in mind for a while.

I'm excited for what might come from GW built for this game. However, ruleswise, I'm more excited about rereading HoR rules than what I've read about the GW rules.

CWE are either going to be stupidly good or DOA depending on if BattleFocus counts as priority in the shooting phase. 7"+d6 movement with a 12" Shuriken Catapault while shooting first is OP. 12" Shuriken Catapault range while shooting last means walking target practice. We should find out today which way that goes.

But no ASM, no non-DA Aspects, etc are kinda a downer for me.
