What criteria will be used to determine whether or not you'll deem a game worthy of inclusion?

Hopefully something more than just "RiTides Has Heard of It", "RiTides Likes It Too" or "RiTides Will Allow It"?

The main criteria was just what folks suggest here

. But we're trying to remove "dead" games while we're at it, too, so there might be a bit of a judgement call to be made on some of them.

But for instance, we'd thought about removing some Spartan Games items, but Warcradle messaged me that they've got plans for some of the properties they purchased after seeing this thread, so we'll likely leave those in after all

Can we get a more subject set of criteria for inclusion and perhaps a yearly/bi-yearly review of the listed games to see if they fall below a criteria of <X> players leads to removal?

For addition, perhaps a set number of KS campaigns or a dollar figure threshold for consideration for inclusion after the products ship? In this category, Im thinking lumping most of CMON games into one category and not individual listings since they seem to burn and churn their IP.

AR had a KS, has convention presence, and is producing new models is why they should be considered. The WitchBorn is something I got a demo of at Origins a few years back. They have run 3 KS, delivered two and are working the 3rd. They are also very small, not yet on 100k on all three KS so I can see them not making the cut.

For removal, less then 10 total listed players? That gets a posted warning, then a 2nd less then 10 a removal? So many warnings leads to removal regardless if the player base just isnt on Dakkka?

Well, I'm definitely not interested in removing anything that's even remotely relevant - this is supposed to be a tool for the community, after all! But some game companies have closed since being listed, and if their games never really got a following it makes sense to clean up the list a bit by taking them off.

But we definitely don't need to put in an "activity requirement" or anything like that, as there's no need to take anything off except after a Really long time, imo. Chances are, the update lego makes this time will persist for years, so let's just try to get everything folks want included on the list while he's ready to make an update

I'll pass it on to lego in a day or so once folks have gotten a chance to double check it, and then he's planning to try to implement it together with a few other site updates. So TBD, but our work here is done at least

Late to the party but

Steamforged Games: Guild Ball probably needs to go on, most of their other titles are rather low profile, it that one at least should be there I think.

You have D&D 5e, and GW RPGs. I understand if you don’t want to list all the options for roleplaying games, but a Misc: RPGs. might be nice for a catch-all.

Pathfinder (1st or 2nd ed)
D&D (other editions)
Savage Worlds

I know there are a ton of systems out there.
