Subject: Helm of Spite's Perils of the Warp and Screaming Jets

1st Q:
The entry's text states that when the Helm's power succeeds with a Deny of the Witch, the stymied psycker casting suffers Perils.
So, just the D3 mortal wounds? No chance or other goofery going up to D6?
Second Q:
Screaming Jets:
It's rather specific in stating, "It can descend at the end of any of your Movement phases, set it up more ... than 9"" blah blah.
Does the FAQ nerf that to round 2 like everything else in 40k , except Nurglings, scouts, rangers and the 'nid thingies?

1) Correct, just a normal Perils. BRB Perils is now always just a flat D3 Mortal wounds, you'd need some other special rule on the datasheet changing that to not be. 2) Yes, the FAQ nerfs it, just like everything else. It's an additional rule on top of whatever restrictions the model has. You can't ignore multiple restrictions, you have to satisfy them all. The reason the FAQ doesn't affect Nurglings, Scout etc is because they don't deploy within a Phase.

I agree that these are the calls.
I was hoping someone would say, "No, Casey, you're wrong. They *are* that much more powerful!"
Ah, well.
