Basically the title, can one unit contest or hold several objectives assuming they can reach each of them while maintaining coherency

There is no limit how many objectives a model can hold, unless there is a special rule saying otherwise.

p5freak is correct. By default there is no limit to the number of objectives a unit may contest. Remember, more generally, the rules are permissive. They tell you what you can do, and then add restrictions on top of that. The rules say that a unit within range of an objective controls it. There is no mention of any limit to the number they can control, so there isn't one.

Possibles yes, but only units i can think of that have a large enough profile to do so would be a reaver or bigger titan.

To many unpainted models to count.

A Guard Infantry squad is more than large enough to control 2 objectives. If you have two objectives 12" apart, an Infantry squad can create a line at least 20"+ with just base coherency, not even accounting the 3" objective bubble. It gets even easier with 30 model units.
