There's two rogue psykers in that box one with the bulbus head and another with looks like horns trying to pop out of his head at the very end of the video.

Yes, to the right of the psyker.

Not thrilled about the annoying custom dice.

The models look really good, though. I like the proportions on the cultists.

Yeah, I'm sorry but Primaris have spoiled me, the poses of those chaos marines, even if the detail is more than fine, are underwhelming to say the least.

I was expecting something more similar to Dark Vengeance Chosen or DeathGuard marines, not... "Normal Chaos Marines but with a little more detail".
Of course, if the new multipart plastic box is like that I assume it will make many people happy. Just a new version of the same box (Like the tactical change or the new Tau firewarrior box) instead of a primarization of normal chaos marines.

Bro, are you High? That Ranger is incredible. I hope to God that this means a full plastic kit is on the way to replace the old finecast nonsense.

Those Traitor Guard are amazing, they are going to sell like hot cakes on bit and auction sites.

What. A. Collection... Talk about dialing up the models to 11! They all look fantastic!

I just can't get over the Eldar, Kroot and Ratlings... superb models for a fantastic theme. Watching the vid has taken me back in time, I feel 12 again looking at all of that... safe to say I'm a lot older and little army men haven't elicited such a reaction in me for a loooooooong time.

All this and there are superb looking traitor guardsmen in the offing?

Although Blackstone Fortress is looking the business, at least in terms of models, a small part of me can't help but imagine if these models hold any significance to 2019 and beyond? Are there some seriously mean looking Kroot, Eldar and Chaos troops on the horizon for regular 40k?

Nicely done Games Workshop, a very sincere (as far as strangers on the internet cant be) congrats to the artist and concept designers from me on this one.

Yep. the chaos marines are definitely the weakest part of the set.

The Traitor Guard are phenomenal but I'm not in love with the Beastmen. The CSM are very good but I agree that Primaris still look a bit better in my opinion.

We certainly have everything we need for an official Renegades and Heretics Codex now though. Lots of Chaos kits coming in the fuiture I'd imagine.

Of course everything else is just phenomenal. My favourite are the female IMPERIAL cultist with the chainsaw-flamethrower and the traitor Cadians.
I hope this means a multi-part chaos cultist box down the line.

Very hit and miss for me.

Most of the heroes are incredible, bar the crusader who is a huge failure (really liked the concept, but the mini is bleh)

Ur ghoul and chaos marines are bland and dissapointing. Marines look like the one whe got in dark vengeance, in less cool, while the ghoul have the most rigid pose ever.

It seems like the beastmens have weird troll face.

Corrupted guards are really great though, especially the possesed psyker.

She's totally fine, but other than the material isn't a huge step up from the currently available 12 year old ones IMO. Of course there's a reason all those classic Eldar are still around, so maybe the new sculpt suffers from being compared to classics.

The eldar and the chaos marines suffer from being technically better versions of existing things. CSM are not supposed to be exciting - it probably wold have been bad if they'd introduced a controversial change to their design. the fact that they are boring is good.

The rest of the stuff is nuts. Incredible. they may have topped silver tower.

WHC on Facebook have mentioned there will be rules for using the minis in 40K too (like there was any doubt...)

Gotta say, very impressed all round with the set and it's probably something I'll buy.

I am disappointed with the ranger, the massive spirit stone doesn't coincide with the rest of the line and the chicken toed pose leaves it very jarring to look at.

I actually like the CSM, they don't need much to look good and the video actually makes them look better than the photo of them.

Pretty happy with the minis, though I could do without the Cadian uniforms on the renegades. The Chaos Marine basic fellas are boring, but I won't be using them. The Lord is excellent.

Looks like Robo man is about Primaris or Custodes size? I really want to know what its story is.

Might be Dark age of Technology-era tech like the Kastellans? Looks similar in some ways like the curved art deco-ish shins and smooth round shapes.

Must say that the box really miss a big bad boy. I know that the csm lord is supposed to play the part, but it's still a human sized model.

Unlike in the leaked picture, the new picture of the content overview shows actually four books in the size of the rulebook. So we might still be getting a nice campaign instead of random single games only!

Stumpy CSM? Whyyyyyy. I could've used some to finally get my ass into gear for true scale Word Bearers.

Most of the Imperial retinue is incresible. Traitor guard is ace. More of those almost-kill-teams-in- a-box, please. I advocated for such things for years (not as halves of 100+€ games, though, but whatever).

Looking for a Skaven Doomwheel banner to repair my Nurgle knights.

Yeah, Rogue Trader had a overabundance of big bad guys, and there one of those is lacking.
