There are two versions of the same sculpt, right? One is huge and the other is merely big. Both are bones minis, so not too pricey. I'm nit sure the GW axe arms would fit on the huge minis, but it's possible.
The Reaper mini comes with the hands unattached, just slots in the wrists to receive the tabs in the...wrists. Converting her should be super easy, barely an inconvenience.
