So there was another Black Friday sale for WoK on CMoN's site, but nothing has been said about it in forever. Even their official forums and facebook pages are dead,. Has anyone heard anything at all?

There were recent rumours going round that they were going to say something about the future of WoK and/or Dark Age soon (some of them suggested today) but nothing has shown up yet,

with the big loss they've made in the last 9 months, and the lack of activity on the lines/lack of restocks of sold out stuff I'd be surprised if they're planning on continuing with either, especially as both are 80% off

but I don't think they'll actually say anything formally until the sale is over (and they've cleared out as much as they can)

with luck they'll be transferring the IP to somebody (maybe the people who are working on it at the moment, the Dark Age lot seem committed at least, not sure how many if any of the WoK developers are still there) but I'm not very hopeful

A more hopeful interpretation would be a KS push for one of them but I think that's a lot less likely sadly

Yeah, unfortunately I as well expect the game will be dropped. Today I went ahead and bought the few newer things that I didn't already have so I could complete my collection, so for me at least I'll have plenty of stuff to play regardless if the game lives or dies. I'd much rather it live, though. Highly underrated set of rules, IMO.

I personally consider it the best game currently on the market (yeah I am biased, but dont care ) so am trying to get 100% of the models and have been looking for the little kickstarter bits for it as well. I am really hoping it doesnt die, but its not looking good, fortunately I still have a solid core of players but it is much harder to get people to be interested in a OOP game.

Yeah a whole lot of nothing. No activity on the Wrath of Kings site since last year, nothing on the Facebook page, or responses to comments, and no new posts or responses on the Wrath of Kings message board at the CMON site.

I Have everything for Nasier, Shael Han and Goritsi... I actually have 2 spare sealed starters for Goritsi and like 4x everything for it assembled.

I was gonna get more stuff for Goritsi and Nasier in the sale, but just ended up getting some Shael Han and Teknes that I did not have. Including 2 Hateforge Titans. (I love that model).

Yeah, I'm sad that we know nothing but happy that for the cost of less than a 40k army I've managed to grab significantly sized (more than 1 of everything) armies for 4 of the 5 factions. Just can't force myself to get the hadross.

Same thing here...grabbed a ton of stuff at the sale...mostly to make extra armies as presents for friends next year. I hope the game finds a new involved owner if CMON goes that direction. Ditto for Dark Age...but I think that one will find a home fast if needed.

loves me some hadross, but I am partial to sea going things (idoneth) this sale allowed me to nearly complete the entire collection, I love this game!

Picked up a bunch of celestial plus some Goritsi to add to the starter, then a couple of things for my Kulkulkani. At least I can play with other people indefinitely now. Such good systems.

That was my plan too, have the entire collection and then be able to equip whomever wants to play if you were closer to aurora we could play

feels like it some times will have to let you know next time we get together for WoK

We played a game last night, here in Bordeaux, France, and it was the first game since a loooong time. What a game !

I hope someone will support it.
CMON is not really to blame, they could have let down after the KS, but didn't. It's so difficult to make people change their habits (GW )

At least, thanks to the KS and to CMON sales, I have the five armies and all references. I will be able to play for ages. I manage to convince 2 friend to play in my area

CMON is absolutely to blame, the game was practically nonexistent outside their little online store and will obviously remain so no matter what they do, because no sane retailer will pick up a line with MSRP on the level of boutique resin (for PVC figures!) when the manufacturer has regular blowout sales at $4 per box. I would love to complete my collection, I was all in on the KS, but there was never a way to do it in Europe for a sane price.

Sadly wrath of kings get killed by the tragic Cmon logistic system.They had struggles to make their products , who they paied to be produced , shipped to the USA (from china).

I'm out of the loop, but what happened with their logistics system? I think I've heard something about flooding...?
