I like elf bikes. So her is a list with all of them. It needs to drop about 800 poi ts to be playable. In order to succeed in the exercise the final list must have all 3 elfs, and lots of bikes from each kind of elf.

You're probably better off making the craftworld's detachment a battalion with Rangers as opposed to the Harlequin Troupes

Is being competitive a requirement? If not then changing the detachments to outriders should do it; i.e. axing all troops + transports, the shadowseer and a succubus, while keeping a starweaver for the troupe master and buying a venom for the succubus. You'd need to redistribute the reavers and skyweavers to get 3 fast attack choices and you'll have 6cp at 2k, but you'll have every jetbike vehicle except the voidweaver.

100% this. I know many want to consider Starweavers and Venoms "bikes" but they aren't.

And since CWE have more bike options, they should be the "core" of your list
Start with a Battalion (with Rangers as Troops because Windriders are no longer Troops for....reasons, I'm not bitter) with Skyrunner HQs. Spears, WRs and maybe Vypers.
Then add an Outrider with for Harile Skyweavers.

If you have to add DE Reavers (why?) than a cheap DE Battalion with Kabalites in Venoms, not Wyches, would work.
But I doubt you'd have the points for that once you've *properly* supported the CWE elements of your list. So I might skip the DE bike entirely
Or if you really REALLY have to add them, grab the cheapers DE HQ and Troop and bring a Patrol with 1 Reaver unit

Absolutely not required, but you want to optimize your list somewhat, otherwise you won't really get to play. Nothing is more disheartening in this hobby to spend all that time list building, assembling and painting, only to lose just about every game.
Aeldari bikes are good enough to have some casual flexibility, but trying to cram every unit with AELDARI and BIKE on it's datasheet into a single list is going to cause crowding and unneeded redundancy resulting in a lack of focus. Basically, the list won't know what it wants to do.

Also, the OP is requesting some fat be cut from the list. That's undeniably the Reavers

Seconded.
You could go with Skyweavers but Troupes don't really fit into a biker concept.

I appreciate the advice. But Rangers just don't fit at all. They hit in the rocks and trees and take pot shots at comanders.

I want 3 big units to hit T1 and the rest of the list to be stuck in t2. Possibly including the vypers and other shooters.

The expense is the Harliquin troops. They might be what gets cut. Turning an out rider of DE into a battalion only costs 180 plus blast pistoles, that is the cheepest way to get the command points.

To answer your question my red grief reavers do serious work in my Dark elf list, and they are the fastest of the bikes.

(Last point warriors are cheeper but if I have them in the same detachment as reavers I lose obsessions which in this case is 8" of movement.)

Thank you for the suggestions.
