Before you suggest printing my own, the designs i'm looking to use are white, which requires white toner printers - which, as it turns out, is not a capability most common home printers have. And the printing services i've tried contacting in my area either don't seem to understand what waterslide decals are, or can't do them.

I'm located in Los Angeles, California but frankly at this point i'm happy to pay for someone overseas to ship to me if that's what it takes! I already have the files/designs ready, all i'm looking for is the capability to have them printed in white ink on the standard light-blue backing.

If you, or a business you know, provides this service please share their info! Local or global, anything is helpful.
