the title is explanatory, so...
I'd ask the emperor what he'd have done differently if he'd known how the future 10,000 years would go based on what he did do.

Dear Emperor,
Why does the Burna Boyz sprue come with 3 weapon options for the Mekboy - Big Shoota, Rokkit Launcha, and KMB - but only includes one right arm, which means you can only actually build the KMB?

Mr Cypher,
After spending thousands of years giving the Dark Angels the runaround and inexorably moving toward earth you finally arrive, get captured, break out of a maximum security prison (I would assume being run by custodes) and then just simply disappear and do nothing.
Has every theory about your plans been wrong and you've simply been on some sort of Galactic Grand Tour taking in all the sights? If so, which battlefield do you have the fondest memories of?

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks do not think that purple makes them harder to see. They do think that camouflage does however, without knowing why.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.

Or ask Azreal if he is aware his long lost Primarch is in perma-sleep in the center of the Rock being watched over by the watchers in the dark. Should make for an interesting reaction.
