OK, building project, the tower of submission.
It's an imperium building, a 4 story tower that would be erected in major city squares of hive cities with questionable loyalty. Basically 12 adeptus arbites with sniper rifles and scopes are stationed in it and are empowered to snip anyone they suspect of not being loyal. Walk with your head up? Krak! Have an angry look on your face? KRAK! Walk like you may be pysicially unfit for sufficient labor? Krak! React to someone being shot? Krak!....you get the idea.
It's meant to enforce total submission to imperial authority. Basically you are forced walk past it and accept an imperial agent in it can kill you at a whim with no recourse. Yeah, I'd bet some planets have these in event of insufficient compliance and submission.
Mine is going to be partially collapsed and I wanted to hang a few rotted 28mm skeletons from it to suggest during an uprising the tower was stormed, firebombed. partially collapsed and some abities were hanged from it and left there to rot.
I don't need them in uniforms,I'd assume they were stripped naked to humiliate them before they were hanged.
If you know where i could get some 28mm sniper rifles that would be nice too. I like the idea of the rifles being used as the crossbars placed across the inside of the windows that they were then hanged from.
