Yes, I assumed that was the case, but since the OP stated that they were back, it seems weird that I can't see anything at all on the website...

Must admit at this point it feels more like a scam than a return.

I was actually surprised they announced MaxMini's return so early, In October TTCombat were still heavily making molds and casting models for their Desert of the Dead Kickstarter. With all the add-ons and the pledge manager i wouldn't be shocked if they easily ended up casting 100,000+ models.

TTCombat is a reputable company, but with their kickstarters, picking up licences and covid they're swamped.

Yeah I doubt that this is a scam. We just have to bear in mind that outside of GW, most minis companies have a handful of employees and any one hitch can have a big impact on their ability to operate. In the UK you have a disastrous Covid-19 policy and results, plus Brexit, plus (this month) severe weather.

I placed my order on 26/10/20 and was quite happy about a 60 day turn around as I expected it to come prior to Brexit but looks like I am also now having to allow for the new Brexit regulations because of the delays.
I have contacted them twice about my order and in fairness they've replied back both times promptly to explain the same issues BrookM has already alluded to.
I'm treating it more like a Kickstarter now as to when I might receive it.

Received a partial refund today:

We have shipped your order today, thank you for your patience. There was, however, an issue with the Female Guerilla Reinforcements. Due to issues with the moulds we are currently unable to reproduce them as we do not have parts to recreate the mould or the file (these were absent when we purchased the company). We did not want to hold your order any longer so have refunded you for the missing items. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Interesting. My order was placed in October, I have messaged them twice to ask where it is and each time they have told me my order is in the next batch to be made. Still haven’t received anything.

I ordered in Oktober too and got mine the beginning of march

looks like ttcombat have got their resin casting back up running again as they're offering their dropfleet resins again after a long covid pause too

Still no product. I wonder what their fill rate is.

Got my minis today, cast in resin instead of metal no less. They've also thrown in a "Black Plague Friday" mini of sorts as compensation for the partial cancellation and long wait.
