Why not proxy them as a Dogs of War unit with bows? Easy and legal without house ruling. Plan on doing the same with Ungol Archers and a cannon.

I could do but I only play with my brother so house rulings are no issue, that allows me to give the the mark of slannesh as well with no issues

Currently working on a 50pt Warhammer 6th Edition Skirmish force of Skaven. I have a few old Models, not enough for an actual army but enough to play that so I figured I'd build a few small forces for fun.

Here my first test Skaven Clanrat, I have 2 more and a Skaven Slave in the pipe.

Evening fellas.

Currently working on a high elve army, my take on the tower of sun high elve outpost, i first started painting regular high elves but after seeing the Troy movie for another whoknows time i decided to paint the elves with a golden/brass armour. I've been working on this army since covid lockdown with big breaks in between.

I started the army with the IoB box, plus some second-hand silver helms that needed much love. Later I added 2 3d printed charriots and some heroes, I currently have to finish 5 more silver helms and the elf prince of IoB box, i'm considering another unit to the army, witch should i take, 10 archers maybe, more heroes??? I'm not eager to paint a 40 spear block

Fist squeme and wip

Swordmasters

Spears

Baners

Heroes

Chariots

Army

Last adition 5 more silver helms

How the feth can i make the images smaller?

The images are 3840x2160, that's probably why your phone doesn't like them.
That's some lovely work. Real attention to detail.

You might want to add a touch of mud to the chariot horses' hooves and fetlocks, just to match the wheels. Although I suppose Elven Steeds could just be supernaturally clean.

The chariots are from "last sword" 3d stl provider, they design a whole whuge rage of warhammer fantasy like miniatures, I find their designs to be top of the line. The high elf rage is so warhammer like you can mix and match GW and last sword and be little to no diference in the whole asthetic of the army.

Great work there Puig! Thanks for the heads up on "Last Sword" for STL's. I am increasingly convinced that anything that I ever want to add to my WFB armies from now on will be 3D printed if I can find good sculpts. It seems that this may be one source for them.

Dark Elves done thus far. I bought an army that was about half painted so I have been focusing on the repainting more than the ground up painting.

These are a great base to start with Dark Elves!

For 6E, you have a Spearelves unit and the Repeater Crossbows as Core.

You could play 2 units of 5 Cold One Riders as Hammers for your Spear anvil.

The Dragon is of course not available to any hero model, so it will have to wait on the shelf until you hit 2000 points min OR you could proxy a Beastmaster riding a Manticore with it.

I also like the color scheme. It would look really good if you used some wash on it and then some good old drybrushing for highlights.

Whoah that's quite a lot! How much is that without the Dragon, 3000 points? Ideal for 2000P games I think, you have a versatile force there.

The only thing I don't like is all the accidental Stillmania going on there. My preferred base would be 3 20 man Spearmen units and 2 10 man Crossbow units at the very least. THEN build from there. In order to make that dream a reality I'm going to have to find 2 whole boxes of the 6th Ed. Warriors box and hope the prices aren't set to stupidity.

Not sure if I’m mad or something but I’m currently trying to wade through 40 Archers and 12 Spearmen from the 4th Edition Boxset;

So far I’ve not gone totally insane and am making steady (for me) progress! I’ll report back when they’re done… at some point!

Just finished the high elf prince on griphon, the sculpt is amazing , it'a a pleasure to work on it the whole process. I've put an extra efort on the figure as it is the flagship model for my army. I may reach the 2000 pts with magical objects+bannets, etc wich unit should i add to the army??. I may shift and start a dwarf army, war of the beard got me hyped.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Your griffon lord needs a shield, there are no circumstances where you would not have at least a mundane shield with this loadout.

Are the hero and mage magnetised for the chariots?

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

The lord figure comes with no shield. Regarding the chariots, if you glue the drivers correctly, there is enough space for a infantery base 20x20mm to fit in.

Great to see some more Elves on Shelves here, be it the good or the bad kind.
And by bad I mean of course that traitorous thin blooded supporters of Bel-Shanaar, who defied our Lord and Master Malekith's rightful heritage!

PS: If memory serves, the Griffon Rider has a Shield on his back.
